I honestly love the Shreddy workouts, but the app is absolutely appalling. I can't understand why fixing all of the bugs and glitches is not something that Shreddy are investing in, seeing as it seems to be a very common complaint! The app is literally unusable, it crashes halfway through workouts, the pause button doesn't work, I have to keep resetting the plan I'm doing to be able to see the calendar as it just goes blank, which then causes me to lose all my progress. It constantly logs me out (during workouts!!), or a page simply won't load and stays on the spinning wheel until I have to reset the app. The function that allows you to download a workout to use offline doesn't seem to work correctly either. It's such a shame because I really want to do these workouts, but I have tried all the troubleshooting tips, made sure everything is up to date, and nothing seems to work. This also happened back when I used it in 2020, so seems like it's an ongoing issue that just isn't being fixed. I have requested a refund as I bought the annual plan and have not actually been able to use it because of the issues, so I'm hoping this will be issued to me.

I was really doubtful about signing up to this app but I’m so glad I did in the end. Easy to follow workouts. I like the fact you can swap exercises if you don’t have access to a particular machine/equipment. Would be helpful if the app could automatically suggest alternatives but otherwise I’ve really enjoyed the challenge. Definitely feel a lot stronger!

10/10 hands down the best fitness app out there! I would be lost without it!

Absolutely love this app! I’ve been a gym goer for 10+ years and this app is the best I have found - simple, unintimidating workouts which are customizable to fit your lifestyle. 10/10 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The App is rubbish: App is full of bugs, very slow, keeps crashing if your phone locks and you're busy doing your exercises, offline version is bugging. Constantly crashes. Workouts are also not challenging, keep changing every freaking week so hard to see progress. Flagged to support but they 'don't do refunds' so I wasted £20.
Came here to see many similar complaints but they still want the proof of the app being rubbish. I'm not going to deliver that because I'm not going to waste my time at the gym trying to use the app anymore.

UPDATE: I eventually received a refund but it took a while so changing the review from 1 star to 3.

Workout times listed on the app are unrealistic, they take WAY LESS time than they claim to, and that’s including the live timed workouts (i.e., the app is telling me how fast to go, it’s not me rushing through it). Would like some longer sessions, at least some 45 min-1 hour options (that do actually take that long). Workouts are also pretty easy/don’t feel challenging enough, especially given how short they are. App is full of bugs, offline workouts don’t work as the app crashes after a while and you have to use data or wifi to re-start it.

The quality and taste of the pre workout and daily vitamin dose is the best one I’ve ever tried. Only thing keeping me from giving a 5/5 was the long shipping time, took me 3 weeks:(

I really love Shreddy, it keeps me moving, you can find short but effective workouts either from the gym or at home, real time quick workouts, and also sessions that take a bit longer. The challenges are really fun and are a great incentive to start moving again if you're in a rut. The best part about it is the community of incredible women supporting each other, we made group-chats and are now texting about gym and more on a daily basis (only group chat I don't silence lol).
The only thing I'd say is sometimes the app glitches and the meal section is overwhelming (as a libra, don't give me too many option, just tell me what to eat and give me maybe one option or I'll never be able to cook anything if I have to choose lol)

Amazing variety of workouts and meals and a lovely little community section for motivation! Such a good help for getting in shape!

The content of this app is brilliant, amazing workout plans which suit the needs of all different people depending on goals and how much time you have to spend on workouts etc. I completed one full guide last year and the results in my body and mental health were amazing and I’m currently the busy girl challenge now which I am enjoying!
There are a couple of small lags which I feel like could be improved, I think the meals section has amazing meal ideas and so many of them for all different dietary requirements however I find this a bit time consuming to complete each week. It would be good if there was an option of removing meals as sometimes I don’t eat all of the meals on there (which isn’t great but sometimes life has unavoidable obstacles). It would be a lot more motivating if I could see all meals ticked off and completed!
It also will take me back to the home screen whenever I choose a new meal which makes adds more time onto, an already long (or seems long) process, having to go back and forth.
The app does sometimes crash mid workout and close down, which is slightly off putting and after this happening 3 or more times during my Pilates workout, I convince myself this is the universe telling me to not workout- which is most likely not the case, but equally stands a solid case in my mind for a lazy girl like myself
But other than that, I do love this app and I will continue to use! There has been so many improvements and bug fixes since having this app so I have no doubt in my mind any other issues are also in the process of being resolved too!

Occasionally some workouts work, but the app is very slow and often crashes. I signed up for the year but received nothing about how to get my free band despite asking. Wouldn't recommend and won't sign up again unless the app is significantly improved. Also frustrating typing in each set separately and waiting 2 mins for it to save - wastes a lot of gym time!

Absolutely love this app? Easy to follow workouts and the challenges are so much fun and give insane amounts of motivation doing it alongside thousands of peers who you can chat to on the app!

The Shreddy app has been my go-to app ever since I started working out last year, it is perfect for creating a flexible plan that suits you and your goals. I have made so many friends through this app and have no regrets downloading it, I am also at my most motivated during Shreddy challenge periods because why would you not want to win prizes just for getting workouts done!!

The only negative I have is that I occasionally experience minor app glitches such as the countdown timer muting itself in the middle of a workout - a very small thing for how reasonably priced the app is. You get out what you put in.

Been using the Shreddy app for 2 years now and it’s always giving me so much motivation. The new busy girl challenge has been the best yet. Big prizes, amazing meal ideas and of course killer workouts. I can’t wait to see where I am with my health and fitNess after these 8 weeks and beyond x

I've been using shreddy for a couple of years now. I first started using it back in 2019 to help with my fitness/weightloss journey, and I've not looked back since! Since then I've taken part in multiple shreddy challenges and I'm currently taking part in their busy girl challenge! These workouts fit so well into my busy schedule, short but super effective.

I often use the meal content of the app too. There are so many to choose from and all of them are super easy to make/follow, and they're delicious🤩
The shreddy community is also another reason why I love it so much. I've met so many lovely people through it!

It helped ease me into the gym and get over that daunting feeling of walking into a gym alone, 100% recommend!

Started doing the busy girl challenge to build a new habit to go gym, and so far i've been enjoying it tremendously, the community of shreddy not only motivates me but also supports you regards anything.
I don't think I've ever been so consistent with gym as well as i've already seen great results in my physique.
The workouts combinations are amazing and very effective as well as the improvements in the app made it very easy and pleasant to use.
Looking forwards to the next couple of weeks of this challenge!
