Scam warning: Undelivered order & fake tracking numbers
I ordered a Glass Flower Bouquet, and the package was never delivered. Their support team confirmed in writing that the parcel was returned to their sender warehouse. However, despite having the item back in their possession, they are refusing to issue a full refund and are trying to demand an additional shipping fee to reship it.
To make matters worse, their customer service (Angelo T.) repeatedly sent me fake, non-existent local tracking numbers to waste my time. Since they refuse to refund money for an unfulfilled order, I was forced to file a formal Chargeback through my bank to recover my funds.
Terrible customer support and completely unfair business practices. Avoid this store!

I placed an order with Moderny on August 4, 2026 and paid for it in full. I have still not received my order or any proper information about its status.
I have contacted Moderny several times by email, but I have received no response whatsoever.
I understand that shipping delays can happen, but completely ignoring a paying customer for weeks is unacceptable.
I am now forced to escalate the matter through my bank and other consumer protection channels.
I would strongly recommend being cautious when ordering until this issue is resolved.

I would definitely recommend this business as they go above and beyond to take care of the customer. I ordered the dinosaur 🦕 egg night light for my son and when we received it the Dino film was the only one missing and they resent it with all the films including the Dino 🦖 one which was why I originally ordered as my son is into dinosaurs.

Great for extra storage!
I saw this brand on Instagram and immediately ordered 5 of the 14 gallon units as I knew it was the answer to my lack of storage in the kitchen. It arrived promptly and it was so easy to assemble. I loved the units so much that I bought another 8 of the 10 gallon units to sort out my shoe storage issue! I love these. They are expensive for what they are though.

Great customer service after delivery snafu
I ordered a bunch of things on sale from Moderny back in March, and initially, did not receive email updates regarding the status of the delivery. I assumed it would be several weeks just because it's coming from overseas, but once I still didn't see updates regarding delivery into April, I reached out to customer service to figure out what had happened. Apparently, delivery was attempted while I was away during the last week or so of March, and the items were sent back. I'm not sure if this was a mistake on my end (usually I don't request signatures for packages), however regardless, the Moderny team was very responsive. They helped reship the majority of the items, save for one that went out of stock, which they promptly refunded. I've been satisfied overall with the quality of what I ordered, and despite taking longer than expected, I felt reassured throughout the whole process due to the communicativeness of the customer service folks.

I recently ordered a dinosaur night lamb for my grandson's 2nd birthday and received a message from Moderny saying that the item was delivered. Normally, packages are received by my front door and my mom said that no packages had arrived. So, I emailed the company explaining that I didn't receive anything and was super impressed that I was emailed back immediately. Then when I got home late, I checked the mail and realized that the package had come via the USPS. Indeed it was delivered on time. I then emailed the company back saying that I DID receive it and could not be happier that the gift arrived on time for my grandson's 2nd birthday. Since it was the first time ordering from Moderny, I would definitely order from this company again.
