I haven't received any updates regarding my order made 11 days ago. The status hasn't changed since I placed this order.

Found med-vet through an online search for various products, they had better prices than any other site I could find. Shipping was fast and products arrived well packaged and as described. Would (and likely will) buy again from them.

Easy to find products. Cheaper than other sites and fast delivery. I will definitely recommend and already have.

If there’s an item that’s out of stock, they should probably put that on the site instead of allowing you to buy it anyway. Especially on a site that sells so many medical supplies that may be vital to customers. I ordered a big box of syringes so I didn’t have to keep going to the pharmacy every month, I take my medicine weekly so was counting on it coming at least the next week. They email me 2 days after I placed my order saying it’s on backorder and won’t be able to be shipped for nearly 2 MONTHS!? Unacceptable!! Especially when they charge so much for shipping! And I STILL haven’t received a refund. Apparently there’s a bunch of other people with the same problem. Most of these negative reviews would probably not be here if they’d just be transparent about what is and isn’t in stock and/or how long you’d have to wait for an item.

Trustworthy company that makes it easy to procure general meds and controlled substances for our lab. All questions about order or account status can be quickly resolved with the live chat on the site. I plan to go through medvet for our surgery drugs for the foreseeable future.

horrible customer service. To elaborate:
1- they are selling "out of stock" products on their website
2- to no fault of my own they are saying it will be at least 5-6 weeks to get the order
3- they are saying per their customer service rep "sorry, nothing can be done" as far as any concessions.

I would think they would recognize this is an issue they created, not the customer. And most companies in this case would offer a discount, concession, or replacement order of a different product at no charge. Very sorry I took a chance with using this random company online. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere and not using this company.

ShopMedVet is our place to go to for anything needles and syringes. They always have great pricing. We sadly often miss (like last order) when it was vouchers time (dang, we could have scored several good specials and saved almost $30) but they still have excellent pricing. Only down side is the inventory is not always up to date online so either put your order together and chat while you order to ensure everything is available or be prepared to add a day coz they will call you if any order item is delayed and then you can check for substitutes. It's a pretty fast process and very simple. Faster and better than anyone else we tried. Friendly CS after orders too.

Items came quickly- no hassle ordering or shipping

Ordered 3 collars in March, on Jun 28th got a phone call the collars no longer available. Only 3 months. I postponed a voluntary surgery for my dog for months. Then I was told the $100 dollar refund could only be refunded to the card from the original order which was compromised and cancelled some time in the last 4 months since the order was placed. I would have to take a store credit. Keep the $100!!! The,"manager,"
made this decision. The guy on the phone I dealt with was very nice. Never buy anything from this store again.

I ordered needles for my dog's Adequan injections. USPS said they were delivered but they were not. Shopmedvet said too bad, contact the carrier. Absolutely not a care given. I don't care if I pay double, I will no longer do business with them.

I ordered Nipro 1mL syringe/needle combos plus two other kinds of needles. I got the package today after just under a week; it's exactly what I ordered.

My only complaint is that the box arrived quite crushed on one end. This would be a UPS problem except that the boxes of stuff inside sustained a bit of damage too because they weren't sufficiently cushioned by the scant packing peanuts inside. In my case that's only cosmetic and the actual needles and syringes are in good condition, since they're mostly made of/capped with somewhat hard plastic, but it was a little disconcerting. I would be a little cautious if you're getting something more fragile.

Another thing worth noting is that on my box there was a sticker labeling the box as containing hypodermic needles (which, of course, it did.) Whether this labelling is standard for all orders or just for needles & other more regulated materials I am not sure. This feature could be positive or negative depending on the person.

I had no problems with anything else. The prices are quite good if you need bulk quantities anyway. I expect I will buy from here again, though it will probably be a while before I need to, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

I have ordered here a couple times before, I really cant understand how someone can have so bad customer service, They never respond about your order if you have question, and also twice have they shipped my packages wrong place. I cant believe it, never commend these people to anyone

Great experience, easy to shop, plenty of supplies for gloves, reasonable prices. Cutomer service is very helpful. And I received my order on time!

Very poor customer service. Left several voicemail follow-ups to discuss incorrect shipment and the manager hasn't acknowledged my request for a return call back for over 2 weeks. Very disrespectful on their part. Will not be ordering again and will tell others of my bad experience with this company.
