I ordered with Lumexa a suffron gummies that were never delivered. This company is a scam

I have not received anything from this company yet they keep charging me. There is no information on the website showing how to cancel a subscription I did not intend to make. Please avoid.

Don’t buy!! You will only ever be provided with a fake tracking number that originates in China, they will never get back to you about your order or a refund. It’s a total scam!

Fake company that claims to sell Mood Magic supplements for kids and as of recently they changed their whole website to a different supplement.

I ordered and never received my items, then they ran my credit card again a month later saying a re ordered and I never even received the 1st order. They never emailed me back or offered a refund

I ordered a supplement from this company. After I received the tracking number, it showed the supp being shipped from China. The product is supposed to be made in the USA... after that, that sent up a bunch of red flags for me. I reached out to the company requesting a refund (haven't heard back as of yet). After more research I realized the product is a fake and is copying a different brand. So frustrating and so shady. I reached out to my bank today to get my money back.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Ordered from them and never received my package. They have not been responsive. I requested a refund so they basically stole my money.

bought a xmas present and never recieved it . They emailed replied back but never sent and now wont answer emails.
