Shoes International Arvostelua

I've used Shoes International a number of times & I find the service very useful - they have a good range - especially for wide fittings, are prompt with information eg if a supplier has stopped making a model & returns are also easy.

I'll keep using them & happily recommend them.

Excellent communication, super to speak to on the phone. I will not hesitate to order again.

A really first class company to deal with, iwas pleasantly surprised at the help and service I receieved.Would recommend to all friends and family.

I placed my order around Thursday midnight and recieved the shoes on Monday (I live in Sweden). In the parcel there was a nice letter from the seller. I rate Shoes International with highest grade! Thank you!

I always get my orders very fast without any problems. This side offer to me the best shoes brand in very attractive price.

I am very satisfied with the service of Shoes International. Upon receipt of my shoes I had to ring Shoes International to ask how to open a buckle on Scholls sandals. My call was dealt with very promptly and courteously. I also did not have to wait long for my order although I am in France. I would recommend Shoes International to anyone and have already given the phone number to my sister in Devon.

Received my shoes within six days in The Netherlands.
They were properly and carefully packed (with attention - in a way you don't see often anymore in The Netherlands, especially not when ordering on line) with a handwritten note included. Nice!

Previously I have owned four pairs of Ecco Chiltern shoes over the the last 20 years. .My recent purchase of another type of ECCO shoe from Shoes International has been the same very satisfactory experience.

Not only good value but the sizing guide ensured a good fit.

Slippers took a little longer to arrive than expected (delay at manufacturers?) but are excellent and at a good price.

Really good communication and efforts to fulfil my order.

I have bought a pair of shoes. The goods were delivered quickly (1 business day). Unfortunately the shoes did not fit my feet shape and had to return them. The funds were credited to my account as soon as the company received back the shoes.

The communication process was excellent. I was very impressed by the high standard of customer service and I will buy again from this company.

I got quick responses to my order. Unfortunately two of the styles proved to be unavailable in my size, after they had been shown online as being in stock.
However, what I was was able to order came through quickly and well packaged. They were happy for me to check a different size before deciding which size to return and they processed my refund for items returned very quickly too. There was also good phone service when I needed to speak to someone.

Web site is easy to use, and excellent communications via email regarding delivery timelines, etc.

Service was great! I was buying a present to send to a family member in the UK from Australia and there were no issues at all! The shoes I am told are very comfortable and arrived in super quick time!

Ordered these slippers for my other half as a treat. Lovely style and color. Nice and comfy for his feet.

The shoes I ordered were out of stock so were ordered from France. I was informed of the remaining choice of colours in the same style that were in stock by friendly email and my order was received very quickly.

brilliant service , will visit the store again next time i want some new shoes x

I ordered UK 9.5 shoes but was sent USA 9.5 = UK 9!
Profuse apologies from customer care and replacements sent after I had returned wrong size. Then slow to refund my return postage but all ended well after phone calls. Would use again.

I've been wearing this slipper for over 20 years and they are the best slipper you can own.
