The bracelet was a gift for my daughter in law and she is delighted with it.
The chain is delicate and sparkly and adjusts well to her wrist.
One star less because it did not arrive swiftly, but I was able to give it to her before her return to Australia

Not your usual quality of service and product.
Lack of updates on delivery even when I emailed the company I received no reply. The ring is probably on its way back as the stone is slipping around in the setting.

Quality products and helpful service.
Although I had a problem with my choice of jewellry, after contact with Shipton, I was able to go to the Newquay store to exchange for a more suitable product. I was sorted by a lovely lady -Jackie who showed such patience and help. Unfortunately there was a delayed delivery due to being very busy! I would certainly use Shipton again - such quality products.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry for the delay in delivery and for sending you a different jewellery box colour. We hope the order was accompanied with a letter stating we are out of stock of the pink box and did not want to hold up your order, so a replacement green one was sent, all exactly the same design and size as the pink but we understand the frustration this may have caused. If you do wish to wait for the pink box, please get in touch with customer services on 0121 262 6478 and we will happily arrange it for you.
Don’t order if you want something to arrive for a specific date/occasion
Slow service, lack of customer service response to chase up emails sent. This is probably the third time that I have ordered items over a month ago which are yet to be delivered. Shipton not only charge for delivery but also charge for items at the time of ordering.

Easy to order and quick to despatch your item. You need to remember that everything in the brochure has been magnified and when you get the items they are always much smaller!

Poor Service
The item itself is good but the service is not. When I pay for postage (which many companies do not charge), I expect the order to arrive quickly. How strange then, that items I’d ordered from other places with free postage arrived much quicker! Other companies also do the courtesy of sending emails to say when an item has been dispatched and when to expect delivery. Not so with Shipton’s. The jewellery they sell is lovely but the poor service makes me wonder whether I’ll purchase from them again. One more point, the vouchers they send can only be used in their stores or on phone orders. Since I (and many others) order on line, I’m at a loss to understand this.

Regarding vouchers, we regret any frustration caused. Our loyalty voucher which is the one we believe you are referring to, only go to selected customers and all hold a unique number, therefore they cannot be used online, but we do appreciate how convenient it would be to use them online and will ensure your feedback is passed on.
