Terrible customer service, poor quality
I understand giving a small business grace but this is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Following their website, I DM’d them on Instagram to ask when I should order so it could arrive before my holiday; they got back to me the next day! Unfortunately that was the last time I heard from them. I ordered even before the advice they gave. I never received any tracking information or confirmation it had even been shipped. I spent over $300 with this business, I would expect some type of communication. After two weeks of radio silence, I emailed using their contact form on their website and nothing. I emailed their gmail and no response. The inquiry I sent back on Instagram DM has still not been looked at after 24 hours. It was looking unlikely that they were going to send my package in time for my holiday so I ordered from another site. I was prepared to dispute this charge from my PayPal as a scam.
My package magically showed up that same evening! These bikinis are not worth the $70-$100 a pop price point. The fabric is pretty but you are just paying for it being handmade. I will give credit and say the sizing is accurate, I’m a XXL up top and it fits well. All the hems of the suits were sewn quickly, so much so, one of the bikini tops has a hole in it. I will not be returning for store credit because customer service is nonexistent and the quality doesn’t justify shopping here again.
I don’t understand spending so much money on Instagram ads if you don’t have the basic infrastructure to support the demand.

I went 3 PLUS weeks with no response from them about my order.
I ordered a swimwear set from them for a birthday trip weeks before I was set to leave due to their shipping time. When it was getting somewhat close to the date of their trip I emailed them due to not getting any tracking information and never got a response. Then I dm’d them on social media and never got a response. I emailed them again and never got a response. To this day this dm was never opened. I received my swimsuit the day before I left more my trip and the quality was AWFUL. To pay that much money and have the quality feel cheap is insane. I’ve had better from PLT. Because I was banking on the swimsuit and left the next day, I had to wear it because I had nothing else. 10/10 would not recommend. TERRIBLE customer service and TERRIBLE quality. Shop elsewhere.

They delivered the wrong garment which I’ve emailed them and they still have not got back to me as to what I need to do and where to return it so at the moment I feel that they’re not interested they’ve taken the money but not actually delivered the correct garment

Ordered a bikini and would say the quality on shein is better. Bikini top is see through and the gold rings on it are cheaply made out of a plastic material and look shiny and cheap. Definitely not worth £60!

Not Worth The Money
This company was such an unpleasant customer experience. I was so excited to order from them as I seen their IG ad and was thrilled that they had XXL sizes. I placed my order with standard shipping that should have arrived before my holiday. However, my package took a week to be dispatched and there was no update until I had to repeatedly email them, which they replied with a blunt message saying they dispatched my order with next day shipping. The bikinis came and I was so disappointed in the quality and sizing. The XXL sizing resembles a medium at best and they were no labels to even check if it WAS a XXL. The quality was too thin and the straps easily breakable. I had ordered bikinis from ModaMinks and they are the same price point, but their bikinis are worth the money as the quality is amazing. Very disappointing experience and will not be shopping here again

Terrible customer service, no reply from company on 5 different occasions
Placed an order at the end of June have contacted the company 5 times now to get an update on my order as I thought ordering 3 weeks before my holiday would be enough time. Order should be arriving at the latest tomorrow however not one update on this parcel. I have tried to contact the company through email, instagram DM, live chat, and instagram comments and have had no reply whatsoever.
I am not happy at all with customer service there is no phone number to call to complain. I feel I have been scammed and don’t know who to take this to.
