This is a fraud site all items are over priced i ordered from them when i tried to cancel the order the same day i sent an email to cancel.. they never replied to my emails.. took my money and never sent the order.. DO NOT EVER USE THAT SITE
FRAUD SITE !!! Stay away. They answer your email until you payed, then you hear nothing. Please notify Facebook and Instagram if you to try to stop them.
Ordered on October 15th with 3-5 day delivery time, waited till the 27th October before contacting them and they said they would send out the order again, original parcel sent out on the 15th at 4pm they said.
I suggested that we wait a few extra days before a replacement was sent, waited till the 3rd November and informed them the parcel had still not arrived, this message was read but not replied to.
Sent a email on the 10th with no reply so started a PayPal case for a refund.
Ordered from the internet a large order and the owner was really friendly and helpful. Was able to provide me with a lot of information regarding shisha’s and flavours. The service was excellent and very fast delivery. Faster than amazon :O i was actually shocked when it arrived two days later. Great flavours, shisha and service. Will defo return on a regular.
What an amazing customer service, with the current situation this firm reached out and yet delivered straight away! Communication is priceless from such a reputable and highly respected seller! Will definitely be purchasing more very soon! Keep up the good work people should take a leaf out of your book with regards to your customer service ethos!
***AVOID*** Seller provided damaged shisha and also the wrong coloured bowl. Pictures taken of all goods. When questioned, he simply ignores you. Shocking service! Have taken this up with my Credit Card provider to obtain a full refund as the seller has no intention in resolving matters professionally. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY! Spend your money elsewhere. This company is a joke and will be struck off very soon!
100% recommended. I'm from Melbourne Australia and I ordered the Black Shareef hookah from sheeshaholics website. It was sent with DHL and I had lots of issues at customs. due to this it was sent back to the sender. They then resent it out to me via DPD and arrived in 4 days. packaged very well with good quality materials.
The shisha was spot on and the service was great.

The heading sums it up really. They don't send items and they don't communicate with you. I have wrote to them a few times and have been calling them DAILY and leaving a VM without any luck.
