The year started with a bad experience with another estate agent. But, from the moment I spoke to Ben at sheens, everything changed.
Ben came round and valued the house, very friendly and knowledgeable. From that moment, Sheens did everything they promised us. Phone calls were answered, viewers were regular, feedback was within a couple of days via email or call. Our house sold in three months. It was like our buyer was the perfect one to pass on our family home to. Once sold, we had lots of communication up until the day of exchange/completion. And when I went in to leave keys, it was so lovely. They were all so supportive especially with my emotions and being tearful. They were reassuring and supportive. We used Sheen's in 2023 and can't rate them enough. We went up for sale just as the interest rates were increasing and had 2 chain collapses. Yet James and his team answered every call, every email until we finally got it over the line. Not just with our sale, but also providing as much information as possible on the other parts of the chain. Without them we would never have moved and I can't recommend them enough.
