Four stars
Perfect size, great quality and good delivery service, the only issue I have is that the pink colour of the actual t shirt is a lot darker than in the picture.

I ordered a pair of boat shoes and…
I ordered a pair of boat shoes and received a t shirt somehow. They said there was a mix up with the courier yet they obviously sent it out in the first place. Now I’m supposed to be able to provide them with a date during the week where I’m going to be home between 11 and 5 when I work every day? So they can collect the package..... they still haven’t said anything about sending out what I actually ordered!

Hello,
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you received the wrong item. Sometimes things can go wrong with an order especially when it has been passed on to the couriers, which is beyond our control.
Our web team have been able to locate your parcel, which will be with you on Tuesday. Please note we don't ship on weekends. They have sent you a free returns paper via email for you to return the t-shirt.

Hello Shabir,
Thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear that your delivery has taken this long. Sometimes things can go wrong with an order especially when it has been passed on to the couriers, which is beyond our control. As our web team has explained to you, in this case it was with the courier. We have passed the incident to our account manager to look into it and for such not to reoccur in future.
