Not yet sampled the Product but Beers came quickly and delivered when said. Packed well. Looking forward to the Beers. I had others from Seven Bro7hers so have great expectations for these.

About SEVEN BRO7HERS
We are SEVEN BRO7HERS BREWERY. The gateway brewery to craft beer. Seven actual brothers from Salford who love beer.
Our Family
Coming from a big family, our owners have instilled an ethos of hard work, fairness and adventure into all areas of the business. We aim to push boundaries and create an environment that brings out the best in everyone.
Here at SEVEN BRO7HERS we hope that you’ll join the family in our journey to overcome the barriers that make it difficult to learn about and experience true craft beer.
Sustainability
We collaborate with companies such as Kellogg’s who share our values of bringing people together by creating good quality, flavoursome products for you to enjoy. Using their less-than-perfect cerelas that don't quite make the box, we can create excellent beers with exciting flavours. Meaning the cereal doesn't go to waste.

- The gateway brewery to craft beer.
- We brew and sell beer to those wanting to leave behind tasteless lagers for craft beer full of flavour, but struggle with confusing branding. We aspire to make your entry into the craft beer world fun and easy by being ‘clear with beer‘. That means no complicated names. Our beers do what they say on the tin.

Let down by delivery…
Unfortunately used a delivery company (Dhl) which failed to provide any sort of adequate service. Returned my package to sender at the first given opportunity without:
1. Any delivery attempt on the agreed arrangement date.
2. Any delivery attempt at my request for a store collection after that.
Subsequently didn't receive my purchase so a bad experience overall.

Hi Paul, we're sorry to hear about your experiences with DHL. We have since cancelled and refunded your order due it the issues you had. Seeing as your problem is with the courier, we would appreciate you reconsidering your review as it really impacts a small independent family run business such as ours and leave the bad review for DHL instead.

Nice beer at a good price
I ordered a few different beers during the Black Friday sale (Throw Away IPA, Buzz and the new Krush double IPA). They’re all really good beers and they arrived within a few days. The only downside were the small dents in a number of the cans which I’m guessing was caused by the courier probably not handling them with as much care as they should have.

Cheers John, we're sorry to hear about your experience with the courier and hope it didn't ruin your experience of the beers! Unfortunately once we hand the packages to the courier they are out of our hands.
Seeing as you are reviewing our service, rather than the couriers, we would really appreciate if you could reconsider your 4 star rating, as it has a huge impact on a small business such as ours.
Great Customer Service
Received great customer service after a courier issue with my initial order. The reshipped items arrived the next day and I was compensated for my troubles. Hasn't put me off ordering from them in the future.

Thanks Dan! We're glad to hear we were able to rectify your issue. We'd love to know what we could do to earn that extra star! Let us know at customerservice@sevenbro7hers.com
Disappointing!!
Carrier delivered my parcel to the wrong address, causing me to spend time trying to work out where my parcel was delivered & embarrassment in having to apologise to the kind neighbour who took in my parcel.
Additionally, the POD claimed that the parcel was signed for by somebody called Antony. Nobody by this name lives at the address where my parcel was delivered. The carrier knocked on the door & left the parcel outside. Then the occupants answered their front door, the carrier had left.
I e-mailed Seven Brothers to offer the above feedback with no response to date.
The whole experience was disappointing to say the least & this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced delivery issues.
As a result of the above, I am highly unlikely to be ordering from Severn Brothers again.

Hi Tony, we are sorry to hear about the issues you have had with DHL. Unfortunately, when we hand over your parcel to the courier it is completely out of our control.
I believe that our warehouse manager, Ryan has replied to your email, however, we apologise for the delay. This is our busiest time of year and we are only a small team.
We completely understand if you never order from us again due to your issue with DHL, but he hope you enjoyed your beers regardless!
1 of the beers was missing
1 of the beers was missing. There was zero packaging in the box so nearly all of the cans arrived dented. I am now into the 5th day waiting for an acknowledgement of my email asking when the missing item will be sent. I don't find the customer service matches the quality of their excellent beer.

Hi Phil, we are sorry to hear about your package and the delay in a response to you. We are working through our messages as we are very busy at the moment after advent calendar shipping, Black Friday and a generally very busy time of year. We do not work weekends, so are unable to respond straight away. I have prioritised your message and someone will get back to you today. Please be patient, we are a very small team working through this very busy period! Apologies for any inconvenience.
