Excellent

Excellent clothing, great vibes. They know how to curate an experience, everything was thought of: unlimited food and drinks and entertainment. Very lovely brand event

Terrible customer service

I bought the illusion dress and was very disappointed. The quality was not good and it was definitely not worth the price. The item I received was also not the correct size and did not match the size guide, which made the experience even more frustrating.

What made it worse was the customer service. I always try to support Black-owned businesses, so it is especially disappointing when the service is this poor. Instead of taking accountability or offering a proper solution, their responses were dismissive, passive aggressive, and unhelpful. After I raised a dispute through my bank. I received a message from their Instagram customer service that seemed to imply I was being fraudulent, which was inappropriate. They then blocked me before I had any chance to respond.

A sale item being discounted does not make it acceptable to send poor quality and refuse to put things right. Overall, this was a very poor experience and I would not recommend this brand.

Thank you for your review.
This client purchased from us during our sale season with 25% off. Before purchase, it was clearly stated that all sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. We explained this again to the client directly, and her response was:

“Awww I’m sad to hear this as I wanted it for my birthday. If you do have anyone from the UK reach out about wanting to size up please keep me in mind.” ( via Instagram direct messages)

This clearly shows the client did in fact receive the item, and that her issue was sizing, not quality. At no point did she complain about the quality of the item, damage, or the item being faulty. Her concern was simply that she ordered the wrong size and was unhappy with the fit.

A few days later, the client proceeded to file a claim with her bank stating that she never received her item, which is completely false.

Unfortunately, because the purchase was made during our sale period, we were unable to offer an exchange or refund due to our clearly stated sale policy.

As a small business, it is extremely unfair for false claims like this to be made, especially after policies were clearly stated and acknowledged before purchase. We understand not every item may fit as expected, but that does not justify falsely claiming an item was never received.

Small businesses work extremely hard behind the scenes, and dishonest disputes can genuinely affect operations, finances, and livelihoods.

We always encourage customers to carefully read brand policies before purchasing, especially during sale periods where special terms apply. Honesty and transparency should go both ways.

Seta’s material is thee best on your skin! It’s so comfortable and literally makes you feel sexy for putting it on! Only a 4 star because I wish it was something i could keep buying it but my wallet can’t keep up lmao

False advertising and poor customer service

I bought the Mykonos set and it looks nothing like the photos advertised — clear case of false advertising. The quality is no better than Shein, yet the prices are far higher. Despite claiming their items are handmade or “crafted,” it’s clear they’re sourcing from places like Shein and passing them off as something else.

Customer service was equally disappointing. They refused to take any accountability and didn’t offer a single genuine solution. The tone was passive aggressive and dismissive throughout.

Save your money, not worth the hassle or the price.

After you reached out, we processed the full refund you requested and did everything we could on our end to make things right. For clarity, all Seta The Label pieces are designed in-house and crafted by skilled artisans in Lagos, Nigeria.

They are not produced in China, and we maintain transparency regarding our creative and production processes across our website and social media platforms. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our collections, though we respect that personal preferences may differ.
