Fast and efficient, kept me informed about what he was doing. No reason to ever call any other company .

Andrew from Service today did a great job installing my air conditioner. He was knowledgeable and friendly and gave me plenty of options to suit my budget.
I would highly recommend Service today and will be utilising my membership in the future to help me with all my plumbing, electrical and air-conditioner needs.

Called this company at 7am for blocked pipe.
They organised a plumber to attend shortly after 11am! Super fast and prompt service.
The plumber quoted me a couple of different options to address the problem.
Went ahead with the jet blast and camera option and maybe after 45minutes or so the plumber had resolved the problem and cleared the blockage.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND as they were prompt, courteous, left the work area immaculate.

Had an urgent blockage at my property and as a single mum I needed it done urgently! They plumber Ben come out first thing in the morning on time and cleared my toilet (WOOHOO)

Thank you to the respectful and knowledgeable team for clearing my toilet and so grateful for him giving me advice for the future and phone lady was very nice and helpful

AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Re: invoice number 397892
This company advertises under different names and websites, professing to be ‘local’ and/ or ‘family owned’. They lure you in with a $49 service call out fee and they then quoted double for what I actually paid to get the job done. Then demanded that I pay the $49 service call out fee, for the privilege of their attempt to rip me off.
I am lodging a complaint with Consumer Affairs, and I will be demanding the $49 be refunded to my account. The plumber quoting was also very arrogant. Avoid this company!

You have to pay $49 for a quote, considered call out fee. No price guide available, the only option is to pay for a quote. The electrician quoted me $649.00 to install (swap over) 1 LED bar light and 2 hard wired smoke detectors that I had already bought. Less than an hours work. Also had to endure a hard sell for power board upgrade and rechargeable backup battery smoke detectors. Price gouging, absolutely unprofessional and unethical behaviour. I have found a local sparky who has quoted me less than a third of the Service Today quote. Invoice for call out quote 00375386 Job number 408335
Service today have contacted me and offered to refund $49 only if I agree to remove my review.
Job completed by Aaron from Azzelec for $150 which was invoiced with 7 days to pay card or bank transfer. Professional, took him 35 minutes, great guy. Do not use Service Today for non urgent electrical work, they are charging 5 times the rate charged by ethical sparkies.

Great service. Rang them at 6am and they were on site within 2 hours and got the problem fixed.

Prompt, professional service every time.
All electrical work was completed without fuss and areas cleaned up afterwards. I was consulted at every step of the way.
All the staff I dealt with, from booking to completion were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

Plumbing Service was fast and well done. But very very very expensive.

Very professional, friendly and reasonably priced.

I do kitchen renovations and specialise in the cabinetry.
I have used Service Today on numerous jobs, including those of family and myself.
I have used their electrical and plumbing trades and no job has been too big or too small.
Excellent workmanship, advice, and prompt service, even when I have required them at a moment's notice.

I called and a electrician was at my place within half hour. thankyou for the great quality quick service

Michael and Justin came to install
Ceiling fans. They were lovely and professional. Michael even took the time to show me some easy electrical maintenance checks to help maintain our property. Could recommend highly enough. They weee fantastic

Service Today always do a great job & quick to return to check & fix further if needed & very helpful in their prompt service.

Asked the team at Service Today to come out and replace a couple of lights that were no longer working. Technician arrived on time at 7.00am taking all the necessary precautions during COVID-19. Inspected the jobs that needed to be done, and offered a quote to complete this as well as replace all our fire alarms that were now out of date. Also offered surge protection on our meter board, which we believed needed to be done.
All jobs were performed promptly, and all mess was cleaned up by the technician - something that you don't always see with Tradies...
I'd have not hesitation in recommending Service Today for any electrical or plumbing matters that you need doing.

Our hot water unit decided to die overnight/this morning. We came across Service Today on Google and gave them a call. Alastair came out at 9.30/10.00 and a new unit was fully installed by 1.00. Alastair was very knowledgeable and professional in his work. We highly recommend using Service Today
