HISTORY
We are an international maternity fashion house founded in 2002 by French-born fashion designer, Cecile Reinaud. After she was approached by multiple friends asking her to tailor their clothes during their pregnancies, Cecile's first design for the label was a pair of maternity jeans with a special lining and flexible fit to accommodate pregnant women. Based in London, our clothing is sold around the world through various stores, concessions, and online. Our brand received worldwide attention when Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, was photographed in a Seraphine dress for the first official family portrait with Prince George, and our brand has since become the favorite of royals and celebrities alike.

Khaki coat faulty zip

I bought the G58-002
Seraphine Khaki 3 in 1 Maternity & Babywearing coat. £179.

Now after just a few months, one zip had broken and the whole coat and baby pouch are unusable. I don't recommend this coat.

If I could give a below one star

If I could give a below one star, I would I ordered a piece of jewelry a bracelet that came with an extra free one which basically I’ll never get was ordered on October 1 or 2nd. It’s now November 21 and I keep getting the same email that they understand how I feel but the order is in Transit. It’s been in transit for two months. I guess I can kiss that money goodbye I’m gonna contact my bank horrible horrible scam. Don’t order from them.

Ich habe einen V15x1 am 6. August 2025 bestellt. Bis heute habe ich weder ein Paket mit der bestellten Ware bekommen, geschweige denn eine Email.
Meldet sich auch niemand zurück.

Was unable to return my goods

Was unable to return my goods. Very poor customer services and was instructed to pay 120EUR tool for them to accept my returns. Tried for days to find a solution, but received no support from the shop only feedback "there is nothing we can do".

Wacht op terugbetaling

Op 05.07. heb ik mijn bestelling retour gestuurd en volgens track&trace is het op 12.07. afgeleverd. Tot heden is het geld nog niet teruggestort. Ik heb geprobeerd om Seraphine te bereiken maar helaas zonder succes.

Hopelijk kan ik met deze review nog in contact komen met Seraphine om alsnog mijn geld terug te krijgen.

Habe eine E-Roller bestellt

Habe eine E-Roller bestellt, bekommen habe ich ein Chinesesisches Armband !!!!
Umtausch wollte man nicht eingehen, da Versand zu teuer !!
Sollte mit 30 % Erstattung des Kaufpreises zufrieden sein, so eine Antwort von Ihnen!
Nachdem ich mit dem Anwalt gedroht habe, konnte man sich auf wenigstens 70 % Erstattung einigen

Vorsicht Betrug sage ich .

Das tut dem Kundenservice aber sehr leid ,dass etwas Anderes geliefert wurde (Armbändchen)anstelle vom E-Roller
Aber 100 % Erstattung gibt es nicht !!!!

I’m very disappointed with this…

I’m very disappointed with this service. I bought two pair of jeans and returned both on June 24th and have not yet received a refund or an acknowledgment. Tracking shows it reached their warehouse early July.
Very poor customer service. Have emailed several times & contacted via Instagram and have had no reply.

Ho acquistato un glucosimetro senza aghi... che viene da voi pubblicizzato....e mi è arrivato un saturimetro......se si pubblicizza un prodotto....lo stesso DEVE essere quello che si pensa di acquistare....e non un altro tipo di prodotto......giudizio MOLTO negativo....e poi non so più con chi parlare.....magari per cambiare il prodotto o restituirlo!!!!!

Plötzliche Insolvenz – keine Retoure möglich

Meine Bestellung vom 28.06. wurde noch bestätigt und auch problemlos geliefert. Nun wollte ich ein nicht passendes Teil zurückschicken. Es stellt sich heraus, dass der Onlineshop nicht mehr aufrufbar ist und die Firma anscheinend insolvent. Darauf weist nur die englischsprachige Seite hin, die sich noch aufrufen lässt. Habe sowohl an die dort angegebene Email-Adresse als auch an den deutschen Kundenservice, dessen Adresse ich nur dank einer alten Mail herausfinden konnte, geschrieben und bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Auf dem Artikel und meinem Geld bleibe ich nun wohl sitzen. So ohne Vorankündigung ist das wirklich eine absolute Frechheit!
