Thank you for your 5-star review!
We’re delighted to hear that your SeceuroGlide garage door was delivered and fitted exactly as promised. Punctuality and reliability are very important to us, so it’s great to know our installer met your expectations. Thank you again for choosing Seceuroglide!
Constantly breaking and needing big fixes.
Got the roller door with our new build less than 7 years ago. It was serviced as per, but it has had constant issues since we moved in it got fixed last year when we had to have 10 new slats fitted as the webbing broke and trashed it. Now less than 12 months later it’s broken again with a suspected broken motor, but we don’t know for sure as the fitters were unable to remove the cover with one person. So they don’t know for sure. Been quoted £850 for a new motor.
Honestly unimpressed as it has not been fit for purpose and as Martin Lewis has said an item should last a timescale that is a “reasonable time”. 7 years is not reasonable. So I am asking for a free repair under a reasonable timescale warranty.
I would be interested to see their response before buying one. Ours has been a disaster.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry to hear that there was a misunderstanding regarding the motor position and the location of the garage power outlet. We understand how frustrating unexpected additional costs can be. Our distributors always aim to confirm positioning and electrical requirements prior to installation, and we regret if this was not communicated clearly.

Highly Recommended!
I am extremely pleased with my SeceuroGlide Excel roller garage door. The overall build quality is exceptional, and the extensive choice of colours is genuinely impressive — offering a level of refinement and flexibility that made selecting the final finish a surprisingly considered decision.
I would like to offer particular praise to Local Garage Door Services, and especially Carl, whose care, precision, and attention to detail were exemplary throughout the installation. His workmanship elevated the final result far beyond a standard garage door installation, presenting the door almost as a refined architectural feature rather than a purely functional element.
The completed installation has significantly enhanced the appearance of our home, adding both presence and elegance to the frontage. A truly premium product, paired with an installation service that reflects the same high standards.
Highly recommended.

Most Impressed
SeceuroGlide were firmly recommended to us by a local tradesman. From first contact with them to the fitting of the door by their Wirral agents, Northern Doors, we were most impressed by the quality of the service received. We are delighted with our new roller shutter door which is a great improvement over our old "up and over" door. Many thanks to Carl of "Northern"for carrying out the initial engineer's inspection and (with his mate) doing a great job of installing the door and electrics.
Finally, a note of thanks to Alison in "Northern's" office for help with the guarantee registration.
