Searles Leisure Resort Arvostelua 

My parents are there atm and my mother is wheelchair bound and is blind and has cancer. To say that Searles have done everything they can to make my parents comfortable is an understatement. I was nervous about them going on holiday because of my mothers extra care needs but Chrissie has been amazing and my parents can not stop talking about her. It isn’t just Chrissie btw as everyone they or I have spoken to have gone above and beyond to make my parents holiday the best it can be for them. I drive over each day to make sure they are ok but I needn’t worry as they are thriving there. Well done Searles and well done ALL the staff and thank you from the bottom of my heart. Are 9th year in a row and still brilliant. As usual the entertainment was brilliant with are favourite show being wildfire which was amazing. Kirsty, Laura, Claudia and Alicia were brilliant entertainers and let us have a selfie with them. Jack the technician was very funny as well and Adam was as always good. We managed to win bingo and went to a tapas place for dinner with are winnings at the Terrace in Hunstanton which was lovely. Will be back next year.

Customer service is second to none. I called a few times to add to my booking and ask questions. Whilst we were in site absolutely every staff member was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The whole site is clean. Recommended 100%

Booked for a week in September paid £100 deposit had to cancel due to my husband being diagnosed with cancer out of our control and refuse to give me deposit its all about money and not the people a five ☆resort absolutely disgraceful I know a deposit is not returnable but under these circumstances you should as your policy states if you have to cancel my holiday through no control of yours we get a refund so having CANCER IS NOT OUT OF OUR CONTROL? money over people you are disgraceful 🙂 😢

Been here many times before but very disappointed with this visit. We won't be back. The standard of cleanliness in the lodge wasn't great but the blatant rudeness and disregard for customer service displayed by some staff members was beyond belief. Absolutely disgraceful.

Disgusting been waiting for Mr Skelton one of the directors to call me from 18th March 2025 after numerous calls together with emails and a review about the last 3 visits to searles huntstanton shocking customer services excuse after excuse so many problems with our accommodation I put review on TripAdvisor in my opinion definitely wouldn't rate it five stars the so called management and directors as well as accommodation very much in need of a spring clean and a course in customer care don't like to be ignored we didn't get the experience they advertised and I'm still waiting for an item of property to be returned to me yet more excuses phoned again this morning and was told jenny will call me but surprise surprise she had not if you are looking for a stress free get away I suggest you don't use searles huntstanton I can't believe they have this attitude to paying customers very unprofessional clean up your act searles Mrs Taylor

Beware this hotel is not as expected. Coach parties are given priority such that Restaurants are often over booked and unavailable to independent guests. Independent guests are transferred for breakfast into the Bar Area a long walk from the buffet station. To avoid disappointment I seriously suggest you look for another hotel in the area.

We have been going to searles for over 20 years had static caravan, camped and had tourer. For my birthday the four generations booked a 3 nights stay. Haven’t been for a few years and was very disappointed, our grandkids used to love the kids entertainment but now it was dreadful some of the things the entertainers were saying I did not think was very appropriate for young children then half way through they play bingo. It used to be for kids until 9pm then Sydney used to say good night children they used to entertain the kids but now they just entertained themselves. Went to the pool and was told could only stay for 35minutes as they were busy hardly worth the effort as after having shower wasn’t much time. Pay a lot of money for use of facilities but won’t go again.

Rung up and booked a weekend away with my family and also another family, when I rang the next day to add on additional information to my booking, they told me on the phone that I couldn't as the booking had been made under a completely different name and the email confirmation had been sent to them and they were the lead name on the booking and only they could change details. So my personal details and my payment details had been sent to someone else and while I was on the phone and put on hold, the manager refused to speak with me to help resolve the issue! Absolutely furious!
