Buyers beware - overpriced and poor quality
I received the mattress and foundation on April 2,2026. The mattress had a stitching issue with the mattress cover . I spent $2277.94 and Sealy is claiming the manufacturer stitching issue is in their view minor and not something they will address. They are demanding I pay $175 fee to return the mattress to them.
As a consumer this is not only poor quality manufacturing it is poor customer service . Sealy brand is not what it used to be …. Buyers please be aware and purchase a mattress and foundation elsewhere if you value your time and money
