Excellent customer service and follow up, screen arrived on time and safely; took a punt on purchasing as there seemed to be no other company able to supply; have just had it fitted and its more than I expected even though it was an upgrade to full HD, has transformed my laptop! My screen came by the requested delivery date, was in good condition, and my computer is now fixed. Also, I paid only a little more than I would have for the same screen through Amazon, and only because I wanted next day delivery. The ordering process was very straightforward and easy, and the prices are good.

The screen works great but the top right of the screen where the screws are mounted came completely bent. Took a while to bend the lip back straight and was worried the screen may have been damaged as a result, but it works as described.
