Dealt with Hajra initially over the phone who was very helpful, any issues she replied instantly with no delay.Extremely pleased about this and I have absolutely no problem recommending.

Worst customer service and service in general I've come across in life so far. Booked my car to be removed on Friday PM, was advised I would get a call in the morning telling me what time collection will be alas no call, I then make other arrangements and receive a call at 12.10 saying they are there. I asked to wait for 15 minutes until I got back (I was 20 mins due to traffic) and they had left. I called their office and a chap answered and said "oh you're the lexus guy aren't you, yea don't worry about it mate" I asked when they would be returning and he hung up, I called back but the call was answered and immediately hung up.

Extremely poor service, found another company that came on the same day and offered more anyway.

DO NOT USE this has potential scam written all over it

Terrible company wouldn't recommend it. They took 2 days from my life, because no-one turned up for the car and nobody phoned either.lots of promises but no collection of the vehicle.

Came and collected my van after taking it thay told me im lucky to get eny money due to condition and still had no payments

Do NOT use this company. They are absolutely hopeless.

When first booking it in the person I spoke to was woefully inept at her job, tried 2 or 3 times to book it in on a day I had said i was not available, she just couldnt get it through her skull.

There was some rubbish left in the car, the driver refused to collect it.

I then dealt with Faith, she needs a new career because frankly customer service is not her strong point. She was rude to the point of being agressieve and refused to put anything in writing

I seriously question the legitimacy of any company refusing to put anything in writing

I booked a slot for 12-7pm on Tuesday 7 April. Booking was easy and the car was ready to be collected. However, Scrap Car Network simply did not turn up.

There was no phone call, no email and no communication at all. I had taken the day off work and the lack of respect for my time was appalling.

After leaving a review explaining the situation the company then cancelled the pick up via email.

Awful service. Avoid at all costs.

Edit: Company has replied implying I gave them an incorrect number. I did not. They just didn't bother getting in touch.

No issues at all, money in the bank the next day before the deadline time they set for me (4pm, allocated 6pm) awesome guys to work with 👍

Paid the best price, the drive rang me 20mins before and was great bloke. The whole process was easy. Money in my account the next working day (car collected in a Saturday) all in all amazing service.
