I’ve been using ultra muscle plus extra sci-mx creatine
(10mg) this last 6monthes since returning to resistance training at 61. The complete package all in 3 scoops has enabled me to lose 35k of visceral fat. In calorie deficit still- I know my body is getting what it needs. Which complements my wholesome foods. Was 48” waist now 40” waist .
A sensible price top ingredients i am one happy bunny . Thoroughly recommend.

Had to wait over 7 days for my delivery…
Had to wait over 7 days for my delivery first parcel went missing from the delivery company. Trying to deal with the delivery company Evri was just a joke. Only can talk to Ai. Then once they admitted they had lost it after a week, I had to get in contact with Sci-mx and send proof that Evri had lost my parcel. They did get it sent out straight away but no apology or anything else to make up for the delay. Will definitely have make a decision whether to use them again or try someone else out.

Vegan protein Zero stars
Purchased the v-gain from Costco as a trail. Got to say, its the worst protein powder I've had over the 18 years I've been using protein powders.
Taste is Disgusting.
Mixes very thick and sickly.
Leaves stains all around the shaker of dry bits even when put through the blender. All round zero stars

Placed my order after signing up for…
Placed my order after signing up for offers on the understanding I would receive 10% discount. I entered the code at checkout but I didn’t receive any discount at all. When I questioned why and asked for the discount to be applied retrospectively, I received a very stroppy response giving me some excuse or other claiming the discount wasn’t valid on the product I ordered. So basically they conned me. See response below from the team at Sci-mx for an example of their wonderful bedside manner. Suggestion Sci-mx: you could have just given me £3 back or whatever the discount should have come to instead of arguing the toss and turning me into a non-repeat customer and turning off countless other potential customers with your lack of customer care.

It was myself that you spoke to when I simply explained you cannot use discount codes on items that are already discounted or on offer.
This was also clearly stated in the email you initially received advertising the discount.
I have re-read our correspondence and could not have worded this any more clearer or politely so I am sorry you feel this way.
We certainly haven't conned you and are unable to make it any clearer that any discounts don't apply to sale items.
I also notice that you asked about the discount after the order had already been placed.

Flavour changed for the worse
I bought the vgain chocolate flavour protein and was disappointed that they had changed the flavouring to be much sweeter and sickly. Unfortunately just don't find it palatable anymore so cannot recommend it.
