Delivery of ordered uniforms was prompt. Next day delivery is what I opted for. When I called I was assisted politely and that made a great experience

Great sizing help. Fast delivery, fast returns and refund. I can't fault the service.

I purchased a blazer for my son in November 2024 and by May 2025 a hole had developed in one of the sleeves at the elbow. I contacted Schoolblazer and I was advised to return the blazer. On receipt of the blazer the company offered me a credit or a refund. I opted for a refund. I received an email with instructions on how a refund is processed. Following a long-winded process involving clicking on various pages on their website, the refund process began, or so I thought. I waited the ‘5 working days’ it may have taken to appear in my bank account but no refund. So, I contacted Customer Services to query the refund status. Eventually, after some back and forth emails, it transpired that my refund application was not successful and I was advised to go through the process again. I am now waiting for a second refund attempt to be a success.

Not a company I’d chose to do business with. Terrible product development, delivery management and customer service. Customers are not a priority because we have to buy from them.

Schoolblazer have answered the review but still can’t answer an email to the address they’ve given here. Poor service

Great service, very efficient ordering with the size input calculator. Delivery was quick and the name tags coming already sown in was so helpful.

Very speedy delivery..faster than I thought and in time for new school term

Buying clothing remotely has always been a mixed bag, however school blazer make the process extremely pain free. We added the measurements of our child and nearly everything fitted.. 1 item not quite right and the returns process is very accessible. Top marks.
