Lovely shop with great service
Have ordered from this shop few times. They have really big selection on toys and food that are affordable as well. The customer service is really good as well. They inform you when the order gonna be shipped late due to them waiting for delivery. I also had order mistaken once, but I just sent them an email with paper invoice and photos, and they sent the proper item the next working day. Can't praise them enough!

Fantastic service
I ordered a Kayu tree from Scarletts.
The website was great because you could pick the actually tree you want. It must have taken some time to take all of the individual photos but what a bonus for the customers !
The delivery was amazingly quick.
I cannot fault the company or my order at all and I would 100% recommend.
Many thanks Scarletts

Hello Lois, Thanks for the review. Really pleased you're so happy with the Tree!
Very happy with products bought
The order came very quickly (next day) and was well packaged and complete. The only down side was the cage cleaner had leaked from the bottle and made a bit of a mess. Happy with the purchases made and the rats loved their new toys!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry to hear about the cleaner leaking, we do try to bag these separately in packing, I will ensure this is noted
Excellent service
Excellent service, next day the package arrived. Even though postage might be slightly higher than other suppliers, the cost of Scarlett’s goods are very often cheaper, so you save overall. Thank you.
