Three in one ladder
Bought this product last year ,because it's also a small scaffold found it to be an extremely well made bit of kit I ordered it on e-bay but to my surprise the seller was only based three miles from where I lived so I had it delivery the same day,i was very pleased with the company and if needed I wouldn,t hesitate to order from them again

Garbage.... ie. rubbish....
Nothing like the picture,, which was advertised as proper 5m scaffolding... And a picture showing scaffold up to the gutters,, More like a kids D.I.Y garden set! Contacted you and was fobbed off! It's useless!!! If you push it when erected it will fall over... Height was 3.7m,, not as described and not heavy duty! After I had contacted you,, they changed the picture and denied changing it! Very professional!!!!!!!

Thank you for your feedback. The tower was advertised as a maximum working height of 5m with a platform height of 2.8m. You are correct the total tower height is 3.7m with a maximum working height of 5m. I am very sorry that you are still not happy with your product. Not sure why you think we changed the photos. I personally took these and photo shopped them myself and we have never changed them. I would of recommended a LEADER PRO if you were looking for something heavy duty but you did go with our DIY product which is light and good for occasional work only. We were always more than happy for you to send the product back for a full refund.
Large ladders
I purchased some ladders from Scaffold Towers, then changed my mind and bought some longer ones. The original rder was cancelled without fuss and the order placed for the longer ones with ease.
The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. I'd recommend them any day.
