Yesterday I just received my special custom orders from Sayabling: Ruby, Emerald, and Yellow Sapphire 240 tcw statement necklaces and they are SUPERB! I especially appreciate how Sayabling customer service kept me informed of every step of the process from the initial custom order process to the delivery of the necklaces to my front door! I have dealt with other purveyors of these jewelry items and Sayabling is the BEST. First if all I want to say that Customer Service is absolutely brilliant! I made a mistake to put wrong country in the address and realised that after my order was shipped, but somehow guys managed to correct it and I received my order hassle free! The jewellery itself are absolutely beautiful, I bought 2 sets, Paraiba and Turquoise. High quality workmanship! Definitely will buy more things! Many thanks!

The website is lovely and easy to navigate. I really appreciated not having to immediately create an account to save a wish list. Time to just browse without demands is rare. LOVE that most pieces have video so you are able to judge the movement and sparkle before ordering.
