25.03.2026--- STILL IGNORING MY EMAILS. THEY HAVE THE EARRINGS IN QUESTION AS PASSED THROUGH CUSTOMS. I HAVE FOUND 2 OTHER SITES DEDICATED TO BAD REVIEWS ON SAYABLING NOW, I ONLY WISHED I HAD SEEN THEM BEFORE.

SAYABLING IS A CON AND BEHAVES IN A DESPICABLE MANNER. FOR EVERY POST I SEE NOW ADVERTISING THEM I WILL SUBMIT A FULL SCAM REPORT UNTIL THEY ARE FORCED OUT OF BUSINESS.I see there are are 152 people on the one site alone doing the same. Trustpilot should remove them with due diligence.

12.03.26- Still ignoring my emails and have basically stolen from me- Misleading Picture on website. Sadly the earring hung way down which the website picture did not look like it, as it looked close to the ear. When I opened the box 1 of the earrings fell straight out as it had not been put in the plastic bag. It was also damaged and the back closing feature was lose. The earrings were pretty but not as described and I have had an awful time trying to get a refund back even though I sent it back, as it had arrived, the same day and all emails are being ignored! I can see that they said they do not have a record of me as a customer? That's odd as after I left this review I received this email from them-

We are now almost 5 weeks later and no response. This is a con. Do not buy your items from them

Refund promised in writing… not honoured

I would strongly advise caution before ordering.

On 15 April, the company confirmed in writing that a full refund of $339 had been initiated and would be completed within 7–10 business days.

That deadline has now passed. No refund has been received, and there has been no response to follow-up correspondence.

No goods have been delivered.

A chargeback has now been initiated with my payment provider on the grounds of non-delivery and breach of agreement.

I will update this review immediately upon receipt of the refund, including confirmation of how this matter was resolved.

Be careful ordering from this company. While the style of the necklace was lovely, the quality was not. The chain feels like plastic. I wanted to return it but found out the buyer has to pay for the return to CHINA. I found out from the post office it would cost me more than half what I paid for the necklace. Customer service offered me 30% off on my next purchase. Why would I buy anything else? I’m so disappointed with this company but I ordered based on good reviews. Buyer beware because you may not receive what you expect.

Site was easy to use

I ordered a ring with pink stones, and it's even more stunning in person than in the photos! The sparkle is incredible. Shipping was right on time, and the packaging was very neat and secure. If you're looking for stylish jewelry that looks like a million bucks, I highly recommend checking them out!

I never received my order ? Where is it?

UPDATE: FINALLY received order on January 26. The inside was rough and scratchy and unwearable. Company states this is not a manufacturing defect and if I want to return it I need to pay for shipping to China which they told me will be very expensive and then they would adjust the price and charge a fee for return. So, I guess I am stuck. NEVER again will I order from this company.

Order placed on January 4th, with the promise of delivery in 7-12 days. Today is January 23rd and I STILL have NOT received my item!!!!!

The brand's jewelry is wonderful. You can find a wide selection on the website, and the quality is unquestionable! Perfect for any occasion, whether as a gift or to treat yourself, they are elegant and refined! I absolutely recommend purchasing them.

The jewelry quality is fine, but returns are extremely expensive--you have to ship them back to China--so I cannot recommend buying from this company.

Sayabling supplied me with several pieces for my photography, and the quality and design of their pieces is unmatched. Many of their pieces replicate the cut and detail of antique jewelery, and their stones reflect like Austrian crystal. 10/10, highly recommend.

Customer service sucks, you pay return merchandise back to China you need to ask them serval times to give you correct return address . They won’t cancel order few hours after you purchase they claimed they will charged you 30% restocking fee? Merchandise is low quality defected. If courier doesn’t deliver package to your door and leave it at front apartment building outside mailboxes and package is stolen Sayabling will say they will reshipped stolen packaged you only have to pay reshipping $30 dollars and they will never reshipped you lost package. And fight with credit card dispute that package was delivered? Where? outside front building mailboxes?
