Terrible Service
I bought a MTG Lorwyn Eclipsed Collector Booster Box and it arrived damaged - I bought it as a collection piece so being damaged means it's not worth what i paid for it, never mind it going up in value with time.
The returns policy of the company on their website is such that you can return an item within 30 days of receiving it no problem at all, however, this is not the case as I am not receiving a response with instructions on how to receive the parcel.
This is really putting me off using this company in the future unless this is resolved.

Great customer service
Although the package I ordered was delayed, Paul from SavvyYes kindly sent me an advance warning email and apology and threw in additional items to make up for the delay. The additional items were unexpected but turned out to be valuable for my collection!

We’re very sorry for the disappointment caused with your preorder. Unfortunately, the cancellation was due to stock issues completely outside of our control, and we understand how frustrating this must have been, especially on release day.
We emailed all customers affected as soon as we were made aware, but we know that doesn’t take away the frustration. It does feel a little unfair for us to receive a one-star review for circumstances that were beyond our control, as we always strive to look after our customers.
That said, we take your feedback seriously and are reviewing how we handle preorders to prevent situations like this in the future.

I purchased Savvy lipstick from Priceline, as soon as I removed the packaging it smelt like petrol, I’m not sure why I even used it but I tried it twice, my lips dried and peeled. Staff at Priceline gave a refund, good service. It was hard to tell where it was made, the print was small but said PRC, meaning China! It’s a shocking product

Horrendous service from when I ordered…
Horrendous service from when I ordered a product from them on the 12th July.
Did not receive any update from them so emailed a few weeks later to ask where my delivery was.
Apparently it was delivered on the 15th July but did not receive any updates whatsoever (email or text) during the course along with no tracking details from Either Savvy or Evri (delivery company)
Savvy have said the matter is now closed as they have proof it was delivered on the 15th but no proof has been submitted to me so I’m now considering legal action.
DO NOT use this company as they just do not care about your custom.

Thank you for your message. We’d like to clarify the situation regarding your order placed on 12th July.
Your parcel was dispatched promptly and, according to our courier’s official tracking records, was delivered successfully on 15th July to the address provided at checkout. These tracking details and proof of delivery were already supplied to you previously.
We note that you did not provide an email address when placing the order. Courier updates and notifications are automatically sent via the contact details provided by the customer. In this case, you supplied only a mobile number, which would have allowed you to log in and check the status of your delivery at any time.
This is therefore not an error on our part but a result of incomplete contact details at checkout. The order was shipped, delivered, and confirmed by proof of delivery.
We feel your feedback is unfair as we fulfilled the order in full and provided the relevant proof when requested.
