Fast delivery, good price and just as ordered.

Only after chasing my order after its delivery date I was then told that it was out of stock.

There was no care, that I'm going on holiday next and ordered this item based on the longest estimated delivery time to be safe. But now might not have one in time now.

But I do have accessories for a camera that I don't have. And they have had my money all this time in their account.

The only offer was for me to buy a more expensive camera instead from them.

Then rather than an apology, I just got an automated Order canceled email.

Not impressed.

Took a while to get here. The only activity online was 'order to be updated' and when I requested tracking details I received a very impersonal email advising date of shipment. Saverstore have been around for a while and should have better information and updates on their website. The website is old and tired.

The sound card was a PCI card, but did not fill all of the slot. With much trepidation plugged in and switched on, and with minimal setup (reallocating inputs and outputs) that was it. The card functions well and gives better quality than the onboard sound section. The documentation was minimal.

The card was received exactly when quoted by Savastore quoted. I have been using Savastore for many years now and will continue to do so.

The specs of a tablet PC that I bought must have been lifted from the company specs (and not checked). It was claimed that it had a 16GB hard disk but it only had 11 Gb. Obviously you're meant to use disk compression to get the 16GB.

I ordered a refurbished laptop and it was in almost new condition. Included a new compatible charger unit and instruction manual.

It is a shame you use Royal Mail tracking. It is rubbish.

1st time I have used this comapny, but found the website easy to use , quick delivery and competitive prices. I would use again.

Best price DDR3 memory I could find, well packaged, received within indicated time just, works well. Tracking information could be better possibly do with having a despatched category after the packed/ packing category as this is confusing going from this to complete/delivered.
Overall very satisfied.
