I can’t say enough about the staff, especially at the Myer Carindale store & Boutique in Queens Plaza. Sarah at Myer was tireless in her service & sweet smiles while I tried on 12 items. I walked away buying all 12. Then there was Olivia at the boutique. I needed to exchange 1 of the items perhaps to a size 10. She was apologetic to say that I couldn’t at their boutique but she would gladly walk up to the Myer City so I could exchange it the next day at 10:30 after she starts as she was alone at the moment her store. Gee, where can you get service like that these days?! Kudos to your staff!

My last order was packed horrendously. They shoved my beautiful feathered skirt in a small, non-padded parcel bag along with my sunglasses. I was fortunate enough I didn't cut through it when I opened it because it was stuffed full. There was nothing protecting the delicate skirt and had the parcel been mishandled in transit, it would've ruined my entire order. No explanation as to why my order was treated like garbage.
