Saros Research Ltd Arvostelua 

It was such a lovely experience.
I was supported in each stage of the research, both online and over the phone. The final focus group made me feel valued and welcomed: drinks and snacks were offered and everybody had a chance to participate.
The reward was sent the day after and had no problem in getting the payment.
In a nutshell: the experience was really positive. Hope to be chosen soon again to complete another assignment

1st zoom survey I've ever done so was nervous. There was no need for me to have worried, it was brilliant. The lady interviewing me made me feel relaxed and I felt as though I was talking to an old friend. The hour flew by. I wouldn't hesitate to do another

I recently had a research survey with Saros and it was a fantastic experience. The researcher was extremely friendly and easy to chat to and I had no problem putting my point across. I would thoroughly recommend signing up for research with Saros.

Me and my 5yr participated in gaming research. It was great. My child loved it, she was sad that she couldn’t go back to it when it was over. She felt a little unsure answering some questions but that’s just the nature of her age with strangers and we were made to feel very comfortable. Would love to do it again, for my child and for myself as I’m an avid gamer. We were given instructions in plenty of time so I knew (within reason) what was expected. But I’m sure they selected people that were comfortable with tech. I guess that’s what the strict selection process is for though!

I have filled in about five questionnaires hoping to take part in a market research. I have never been contacted afterwards on the next steps. Sometimes I feel like I am being scammed to provide my personal data which I feel is very unfair. I feel there is some sort of discrimination going on here as to why I can’t take part in any of the market researches.

Fantastic experience with Saros. I thoroughly enjoyed taking part in the research, the whole process was seamless and straight-forward and my incentive is due in a week. Thank you Saros.

Saros are a great business to do market research for. Very clear and explicit in what it is their clients are looking for and what the job entails, and more importantly, very prompt in paying once the work is done. Highly recommended :)

Interesting research good subject and first class participants

This was a new experience for me. It was a couple of hours of my time. It was done via zoom. It was interesting to be involved and see new ideas being put forward. It was also interesting to hear other peoples ideas on items. Most differed to mine but was never made to feel that was an issue. Range of people was great.
