Not worth it. There are much nicer and more informed people to watch on Youtube. I just cringe most of the time I see her. Next please.
Plus, she couldn't care less if she offends anyone and has no idea that there is a population outside her white, early 20's female following. Also, her fake crying just gets really old, really fast. I feel bad for her kid.

I bought both of Sarah’s ebooks
I bought both of Sarah’s ebooks, sweat it to shred it and sweat it reload while we are in isolation and cannot attend the gym. It has become apparent to me now that Sarah is not a qualified professional and the books feel slapped together, no options for modifications and even Sarah cannot finish her exercises without modifying. don’t waste your money on someone who has not studied health and fitness.

I used Body bloom for 2 months. The packaging was beautiful and I had high expectations due to the price and the hype. I didn’t notice any changes and was very disappointed. The taste was okay - I just expected more from the benefits. I used this powder alongside a healthy diet and lifestyle and it made no difference to my overall health/energy/skin or gut health. A con. I decided to leave a review here as I initially left a review on Tropeka, they only publish the 5/4 star reviews. My review of 2 stars wasn't accepted. So I’m leaving it here
