It's all about how the dealership treats potential customers. From the get-go, the attitude of salesperson David at MB Guildford enabled my buying decision to be made within 2 telephone calls. David's approach was professional and structured, with just enough flexibility to get me over the line. I am a retired salesperson and often find the car buying process very tedious and frustrating. In this instance, David got it spot-on and made it worth a very long journey to pick up my car.

The team at Mercedes in Guildford were very helpful. The online side was poor, very poor. Nothing worked. Hence the local team had to work even harder and did very well.

I purchased a Mercedes A180 hatchback back car from 'Sandown' Guildford . The agent who dealt with the whole procedure was excellent. He made the whole process of the sale and associated paperwork easy for me and it was done in a very professional and friendly manner. First class service
From the minute I sat down with Mimi I knew I was in good hands. She listened to what I was looking for and answered all my questions, regardless of how basic they were! I was kept updated throughout the process so I knew what to expect and the documents I needed to compete. On pick up day, she took time to walk me through all the functions of my new car. Delighted with my new car and the brilliant experience I had in buying it!
