The customer service was very responsive right away by email. Love that! I also love the iPhone 15 pro max Microscope lens. It’s definitely worth every dime and I have not seen a camera lens like this, honestly. I literally recorded and could see my finger tip produce a single drop of sweat. The Magnification is AH-mazing. Could watch this all day.

SANDMARC's products are of high quality. When I requested an extra link for my Apple watch band, they replied immediately and cheerfully accommodated my request. This is evidence of their desire to make it right for their customers which breeds loyalty.

Bad customer service! I had to return an unused item and I've contacted the company multiple times to get return instructions, which isn't provided on their website. (This lack of transparency alone is a red flag.) Each response from them was short with a question asking why I wanted to initiate a return. Three emails in and I still have no answers on returns! It seems they're stalling so you'd miss their return window. I will never recommend anyone to shop at this store. Customer service cannot be understated in this day and age.

Nachdem ich Stunden auf der Sandmarc Webseite verbrachte und mir die Produkte genau angesehen habe, machte ich meine Bestellung über etwa 350€, in freudiger Erwartung, bald meine bestellten Produkte zu erhalten. Es ist nicht meine erste Bestellung bei Sandmarc und eigentlich liebe ich ihre Produkte. Bisher hat auch immer alles geklappt. Diesmal jedoch nicht.
Meine VISA wurde abgebucht, die Bestellung per Email bestätigt. Und dann wurde die Bestellung zeitgleich ge-canceled mit Verdacht auf eine betrügerische Aktivität. Keine Erklärung wieso und auch meine VISA-Karte ist nicht zurückgebucht worden. Sandmarc hat also jetzt mein Geld und ich erhalte keine Waren.
DAS GEHT GAR NICHT !!!
Bin mal gespannt wie lange es dauern wird, bis ich eine Erklärung bekomme. Ich kann momentan jedem nur abraten, momentan etwas bei Sandmarc zu bestellen,

The company merchandise is great. And when our lens handle broken, even without receipt paper, the team try to help and send the new handle to us for free, and it’s international sending, not same country. We highly recommend them 🩷

I bought a 2x lens zoom and a filter. I have to say that if you have got an iPhone 15 pro max like I do, this items are totally useless
I had great expectations but I m really disappointed

AWESOME! Great quality of photos and exactly what I needed!
This saved me hundreds in what would have been a new camera (portable small tele) and a new lens (for the macro).
Also love the carrying cases, which are perfect.
It might be worth mentioning that the cover works with MagSafe ! I can charge through it, and I added a OhSnap handle to it, and its charging through that as well!
Several people already asked me about the lens after they say its mobility in the field and the results.

The customer service was excellent. I had a problem with my order and they were very happy to help me! I bought three products the wide lens for iPhone the pro case and the hybrid filters. All of them are really nice quality products and they really do make a difference on the photos that i take especially in low light conditions (wide lense) . Thanks for everything guys!!!

Purchased the Grade 4 Titanium band as Sandmarc seems to be the first to release a higher grade of titanium quality compared to other brands. Despite that I have also asked for an actual test report to show the grade 4 titanium certification and Sandmarc provided accordingly.

Received band had a slight defect, but Sandmarc had sent a replacement over which was really appreciated.

The band itself externally is really of high quality based on first impressions and reflects the same design towards Apple Watch Ultra.

I've had some questions to asked and the SANDMARC TEAM has always been very responsive in getting back to me with my answer within 24 hrs. They are always willing to work with me and make my concerns worked out. I feel they are about good quality product and excellent customer service!

I recently experienced a misunderstanding regarding an order I had placed with Sandmarc.
I explained the details to the support team at Sandmarc and they attended to it immediately.
They dispatched a replacement for the attachment I was after and it arrived in just a few days - an international shipment.
i have never experienced this level of courtesy and efficiency with any of my online ordering before.

Got the Microscope lens for Christmas, and was very excited to try it out, there is a bit of a learning curve with this lens, as I had expected it to function similar to my macro lens. I quickly learned that you have to touch the lens to the subject to get a clear shot. And the quality is spectacular!! So thrilled with how this lens works! I highly recommend it!
