I haven’t received my items for more than a week. There is a notification says ‘shipped’ but I can’t even track my items. Ridiculous!

Ordered double items to save paying postage - only received one lot & package weight sent not sufficient for full order - many emails later & still no second delivery - appalling customer service

Still waiting on our Premirez formula we ordered almost 2 weeks ago.

They cancelled the first order after 5 days claiming it was out of stock.

Ordered more when it's still saying in stock and they still haven't sent it.

We've emailed customer service twice now and still no reply.

Ordered an expensive order, unfortunately it was delivered the day I went on holiday, so I couldn't open it up and check the contents, upon return back home and opening the package I had noticed that I was sent the wrong item. After contacting Sanareva, I was told they will not do anything about it since it has been over 14 days. This is absolutely DISGUSTING. After they are unable to package the correct items into a box (hardly a difficult task) they won't let me return the incorrect item in exchange for the item I had purchased off them. I feel like I have been ROBBED. How can a company send you a completely different product than what you ordered and then refuse to help when it is 100% their own fault. THIS COMPANY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ONE BIT. Please save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. All I would like is to actually receive the product I ordered and return the one they sent me, is it really that difficult? My order number is #200391447.

I have just had my money refunded after a 5 week wait and no delivery. The reason eventually given for non-delivery was "address problem" but the house has perfectly normal access, no gate and is not part of a complex. My first query was met with a response that checking with the courier could take between 48 hours and 15 days, which is a ridiculously long time. On the plus side, communication was quick but ONLY via the login route - there was no reply to my e-mail sent from Outlook. I could not discover a telephone number.

I had a bad experience with Sanareva after ordering a product from their online website, which was dispatched on day 1. The parcel did not arrive at the estimated date, so I contacted customer service on day 10. They explained the delivery was sent back to them, so I requested a refund which was confirmed on day 11. However, the refund never arrived, and after following up on day 22, they promised to contact PayPal to resolve the issue. After no progress, I contacted PayPal myself on day 36 and finally received my refund on day 45.

I found Sanareva's poor customer service and lack of responsibility completely unacceptable. It is disappointing that they failed to deliver the product and provide a timely refund. I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with this company, as they cannot be trusted to provide a reliable service.

UPDATE:
I eventually got hold of someone, who told me I am no longer able to return my parcel, as its been over 14 days (because they ghosted me) but if I can prove I tried to contact them in the appropriate way, we can move forward. I then sent my proof, both emails that were sent to them, as well as a screenshot from their website that shows the instructions for return. and surprise.......

Ive been ghosted again?!

It seems this might be the only way to get a response from anyone at Sanareva. so here's to hope.

I placed an order (200389235), and a few minutes later read an article questioning the safety of the product purchased from Sanareva. I took a couple hours (literally) to do some further research and decided i wanted to cancel my order until i had full confidence in the product, if at all. I had sent a couple emails requesting cancellation, and then exercising my right to withdraw.... the first before the product was even sent. all have been ignored. The parcel arrived, and i am still yet to find out how to return. I have tried to reach someone through their instagram, and also nothing.

Never trust a business that has no line of contact.

Order delivered promptly. Good price for petit marseillais liquid olive oil soaps hard to find elsewhere.

We ordered a product under order number 200388662 on 2 Feb and paid via bank account transfer. We haven't recieved any response from them yet about the delivery. Please refund us the amount if you donot want to deliver or atleast respond us with an email about the status of the product.

Despite seeing negative feedback I had reservations. But whats to lose if you pay through Papal?
I ordered on 28/01/2023 and my order arrived 7 days later 04/02/2023 . Great price, no problems . Nicely packed and depatched efficiently.
Will definitley use Sanareva again

This is in reply to the response of Sanareva received this morning following their failure to deliver on order no 200380291. According to the message received, I have been refunded on the 19th December. I have double-checked my Paypal account and this refund has not been made. So back to Square 1. They have the goods and my payment. I have nothing. Not a good experience at all!

Ordered dog food which is hard to find anywhere else in the middle of November (18-11-22 to be precise).
Neither 24/48 h dispatch time was met (they sent my parcel 21-11-22), nor 4-5 d delivery time.
Started complaining a month ago (28-11-22) as they advertise 4 to 5 day delivery, got a reply that "SANAREVA shall not be held liable in the event of longer delivery times, as long as the legal delivery period of 30 days is respected."
It's 27th of December and I still have not got my parcel delivered, and they stopped responding when I asked for refund after 30-day period passed :)

I have posted before. Sanareva has sent their so-called "proof" that my order has been delivered. The order has not been delivered at all. I have re-tracked and found an update which seems to have been entered in response to my complaint which shows the package as having been re-directed to Milton Keynes Royal Mail depot instead of being returned to the shipper. A photo as proof of delivery has been attached. The photo is rubbish and does not show the inside of our building, or even the outside for that matter. AND, we have a resident porter who has seen NOTHING. The photo resembles buttocks. Is this Sanareva/Spring/Royal Mail (whoever) telling me where to go? I am not impressed and out of pocket. Perhaps I will send all the information in a file to The Times. See what they make of this.

My order number is 200383282. I made an order on the 14/12/2022 and have been waiting for my order since. According to the tracking number, the parcel past through Heathrow and is now in Amsterdam. I live in the UK. how can it be in Amsterdam right now? I want my money back. Bad service.

Definitely recommend this site and business. Brexit does not seem to have impacted on Sanareva.

Ordered few items and they were dispatched promptly. 10 days later I've received them in UK.
My advise is to not expect 2-5 days deliveries from abroad (thanks to Brexit) and do not assume that seller is in UK if web site in english language is .co.uk (internet do not have borders).
I have no complains, price was better than in UK, everything was fine and as expected.

I've order something (200376509), the parcel was arrived smashed and was leaking from inside it, I rejected it straight away on the carrier, I've e-mailed them many times asking for a refund but I didn't get any answers till now. Very disappointed.

i ordered two medical pill boxes on 1/11/22. arrived 12/11/22 one box damaged. emailed same day to report this, no response tried again still no response. order no.200377312. having read your review site i dont have much hope. is it because you are still unhappy about Brexit!!!
