Performs to their standards
Whilst returns and correspondence is a little slow, as is the delivery of goods, all such issues are pointed out before you order and they do perform to their own parameters, so overall i am happy with the service received.

Mala experiencia, sigo esperando mi pedido después de 2 semanas no sé nada. No contestan a los e-mails. Es imposible llamar por teléfono puesto q no te ofrecen ningún número. No sé puede hacer rastreo del pedido. Cobran desde el minuto 1, todo un despropósito!!! No me extraña nada todos los comentarios q ponen. Desde luego una y no más. Como ha experimentado en primera persona, respondemos a todos los mails que recibimos en cuanto podemos. Tenga en cuenta por favor que el servicio de atención al cliente trabaja de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 17:00, por lo tanto es normal que las reclamaciones enviadas un viernes por la tarde no reciban respuesta hasta el lunes por la mañana, gracias por su comprensión.
En cuanto al rastreo del envío, se envía una notificación automáticamente a todos los clientes una vez su pedido ha sido expedio, la encontrará sin duda en su bandeja de entrada o en su bandeja de spam.
Esperamos haya recibido correctamente el justificante del reembolso que le hemos enviado esta mañana. No dude en volver a escribirnos si tiene cualquier otra pregunta.

I wouldn't recommend I paid £7.80 shipment in a product that costs £8 !!!! When I tried to cancel the order nobody answered at this day .They have answered to me 2 days later that they have already sent it to me !!!!I delivered the product 10 days later !!!!!

Parcel never arrived, refund being withheld.
Bought items on the 12 September, they reached royal mail on the 22nd, parcel hasn't moved since (2 weeks later) and Sanareva dispute the fact that the parcel is now officially lost (as I confirmed myself with Royal Mail themselves) and that they don't need to refund me until a whole month has passed from the shipping date. Shocking!! Never experienced that kind of 'policy' before. The item is definitely lost as its remained in a local sorting centre foe over 2 weeks. Their customer service basically fobbing me off saying they are waiting for a response from the courier! Dont waste your money with this company. I suspect now from reading other reviews they mislabelled or poorly packed my parcel and its been binned by Royal Mail.

As explained previously, lost parcels are sometimes found and delivered in the following month. This is why we hold on to the payment 30 days after the parcel is dispatched before proceeding to a refund in the case of an issue during transit.

Jusqu'à ma dernière expérience avec eux, je n'avais pas eu de souci majeur (excepté une attente d'au moins deux-trois semaines avant de recevoir mes colis). Vivant au UK, je me suis habituée à une longue attente pour recevoir des colis depuis le Brexit, mais l'attente concernant ma dernière commande m'a paru énorme (environ un mois). Je ne me suis pas arrêtée à ça, je suis assez patiente. CEPENDANT, sur les trois produits commandés je n'en reçois que deux, j'ai donc écrit au customer service (déjà ils sont joignables que par mail et je ne trouve pas ça acceptable) pour leur notifier de mon produit manquant. A cela, ils m'ont demandé une pièce d'identité et une lettre manuscrite, ce que j'ai trouvé bizarre mais que j'ai quand même fait, et depuis PLUS de réponse. J'ai relancé deux fois et toujours rien. Ils m'ont littéralement escroqué de plus de 25€ et ont les données de ma carte d'identité. A COMPLETEMENT FUIR, vous ne me reprendrez plus à commander chez eux.

Nous répondons à tous nos clients dans un délai de 48 heures. Nous sommes donc surpris d'apprendre que vous le problème du produit manquant n'ai pas été résolu.
En revanche, afin de compléter l'enquête auprès de la logistique ainsi que du transporteur, nous devons vous demander l'attestation manuscrite ainsi que la PI de manière à ce que celle-ci puisse aboutir.

We bought AND paid for20 boxes of Verrutop. When our order arrived we received only 9 boxes.
We contacted Sanareva to ask if they would be sending the rest of our order at a later date. We got several automated messages asking if I want to purchase other goods!!! I do not know what we have to do to receive our purchase. They definitely took the money out our account so that's one thing they have got right!!!

Thank you Sanareva for at last responding! I have sent all you have asked for so perhaps it is wise to check your spam. I find it worrying that you have been paid over £420 for 20 boxes of Verrutop and we received 9. I would think that if the customer contacts you and relays what has happened you would go out your way to fix things and retain the customer. Am I wrong??? I have sent a copy of signature/address/business card with photographic ID/ copy of bank statement with £440 payment made to Sanareva/copy of order number. I wonder what else I could send you in order that you fix your mistake. Making mistakes is part of everyday life but how do you expect to keep clients if you do not rectify them. Please send us our final 9 boxes of Verrutop ASAP and keep your side of the bargain.

20 boxes of Isdin Warts Verrutop Topical Treatment 4 ampoules were stated at the border, we have therefor opened an investigation with our local partner.
In the meantime, we have issued the refund of 11 missing boxes on to your Sanareva savings account. You may use this amount to order the missing boxes if you wish.

I have read other reviews but only ordered today. I am in the UK and of course the delivery will be a wait. This product has good reviews all round but the law in the UK is turning into a money making saga with pet medications by regulations.
