Amazing work great with no problems whatsoever

The issue I had was not being able to access the software and then having to call and get assistance in getting my software up and running. And the gentleman that helped me did A GREAT JELP.!!!

I realized I needed MS Word in a hurry, did a quick Google search, sent them payment, and had it downloaded and up and running in under 15 minutes. Great experience!

It really was easy. Step by step instructions were great, got it all downloaded and installed with no problems.

Jacob was courteous, professional and friendly. He provided exceptional customer service, built excellent rapport with me, addressed all my concerns and resolved any issues I had.
I am beyond elated that I got a refund for the Microsoft Office Professional 2019 and still was able to purchase, download and use the Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019.
His responses via email were also prompt and I would definitely use and recommend Samedaysoftware to other people.

Quick and easy!! And I am not paying a yearly fee for Office 365!!!

Easy to purchase and download. Great pricing.

The Microsoft product was exactly as advertised and installed and integrated seamlessly with my existing Microsoft installation.

Purchase MS Office for a new laptop. The entire process from ordering, downloading and installation took less than 5 minutes. I am absolutely satisfied with the entire process and will trust Samedaysoftware for all my future software purchases. I will also recommend your services to my friends and family.

With a new Mac, needed another license for Office. Got the latest, legally, at best price, and in minutes! Highly recommend Samedaysoftware.

Jacob is the man he walked me through the steps and made my life way easier

I had a small issue with Office, I contacted Sameday Software support and got and answer for my issue extremely fast and it worked great.

Jacob was extremely helpful to me after I purchased software. I had issues and was not able to use MS word or office. He contacted me when needed. I appreciate that type of support especially in a world filled with people that don't want to help anyone. He is definitely an asset to your company.
Thanks again!!

Thank you so much, I was in desperate need, and did not want to ‘rent’ from ms.

I had a problem with the installation of MS 2019. I had MS 365 installed at the time I installed MS 2019. I contacted support through the chat service and was connected with Jacob.

Jacob helped me uninstall MS 365 and stayed with me through the installation of MS 2019 a second time. I asked a lot of questions in the process. Jacob had all the answers and got me through the installation successfully. He stayed with me to test the installation and insure that MS 2019 was completely installed and operational.

His assistance was invaluable. I really appreciate this type of support and look forward to using Same Day Software in the future.

Download failed. Took a very long chat to get product delivered.

Everytime I open a document I have saved to my desktop, it tells me i need to activate. Never receive confirmation that it has been activated.

No problems; quick and easy download. No worries; no problems.
