was trying to get a playpen for our todler and tumble matts, contacted their whatsapp live chat and a lady called Nicola Macdonald took the matt sizes and then advised ont the number of panels and gates and put it all in an online basket so just had to click the linka and go to checkout.
Recibí mi baranda de tres paneles y de hasta 207cm de largo en total en 2 envíos, rápido, pues en menos de 1 semana en casa y instalado. We have twins and needed to quickly get some barriers set up as they started to move. The team at safetots on WhatsApp esp Nicola Macdonald have been super helpful.
On the whole the stuff is so easy to set up but When I had a small challenge getting a part set up I was also grateful to get a helpful Phone call which has enabled me to fix the issue myself.
They had a slight issue with one delivery but immediately rectified it.

I was really pleased with the service throughout our interactions with this company, we have a slightly unusual layout of stairs that required a more bespoke gate design. Available on WhatsApp, the company were able to advise on options and then even created a basket for me to easily purchase the individual parts. From start to finish they were polite and professional, and it was a joy purchasing our stair gate & barrier from them.

La puerta para controlar que los peques no se caigan por las escaleras bien. Además a los 3 meses se nos estropeó un resorte y en no-time nos enviaron un respuesto.
