The hoodie and t-shirt are amazing and feel great

Went in both club stores and tried shirts on but also buying the grandchildrens kits . So some of the stuff not available in store so bought it online. I was disgusted having to pay a delivery charge after spending a few hundred pounds. It should have been free delivery. And you would think season ticket holders would get a discount.

Would have been better to offer next day delivery.

Purchase arrived on time in good condition.sizzling is good.

The sizing on the 26/27 home strip is not true to size. I ordered my normal size which didn’t fit so on top of having to pay for postage I have to pay to send it back. I don’t understand how I can get the same size for the last 2 season and they fit nicely but the home strip doesn’t. I’ve tried on the Elvis away strip as well in the size I normally get and that fits as well. I just think it’s not a very good return system when the shirts have gone up in price and add on top the postage plus return fee it doesn’t make buying online reliable. Also it’s very annoying that you can’t do online returns in store. I’ve had to buy the home shirt in the next size up in store to avoid postage however the main reason why I order online is because you do nhs discount which is only online. It should be applied in store and online. Not a very good service.

Love Hummel kits for SAFC, so bespoke to the club they are my favourite kit supplier, however sizes are inconsistent, this years kit I have had 2 different sizes fit, XL in the home and L in the away , would come to store and try on but live over 100 mile away so rely on the internet, wouldn’t mind if I could return but can’t if I get a name and badge on like I always do….

Ordered a load of stuff which turned out to be too small. Contacted about a return and was ignored

Email from the club said it was dispatched same day.
The issue i had is with Royal Mail who delivered it 3 days later.

Sent out my child’s home strip with one badge on the arm for the Europa league. Went into club shop the manager stated they do not print badges on shirts below yl. My sons was ym as the do not fit on the sleeve. Should not of been an option to do and now think the top looks daft missing a badge. Why did no one check this before they went on sale 🤔
