Once again Saba app doesn’t work! Why do hospitals use this app when there are others that work perfectly…just another example of ineffectiveness in the system.

Crap app. Therefore crap company. The app never works. All hospitals use this crap company. It’s stressful enough going to hospital without the added stress of trying to pay for parking.

Parking at Lichfield Trent Valley railway station. Saba have again charged me for parking outside the lines. I booked my parking 3 days in advance, yes I know you are not guaranteed a space, but neither are you due a refund either if none available.
I was there 10 minuets before the train was due to leave. I had no choice but to park at the end of a Row, not obstructing anyone. It was either potentially having pay the fine or miss my train.

I strongly suggest not paying SABA on line.
Next time I will get a Taxi,

Parked at Telford train station car park, used the pay later feature through the app, forgot to pay (ok, this part was my fault). However after some time, I received a letter from DEBT COLLECTION demanding a sum of £180. The letter stated that I had been reminded three times by Saba, DESPITE not receiving ANYTHING through post, no text reminders, nothing. I was refused refund of the £180 by Saba after explaining the situation. Really disappointed.

Hopeless app. Can’t get payment to work despite many attempts, including reinstalling the app.

As usual problems using this site tried to pay online for parking at St Albans hospital
Just shows a one hour price and found no way of either increasing or even paying the one hour so off to the machine of which there was one out of three working if that one was broken who knows what we could have done
Rubbish sight unlike Ringo of which I have never had a problem

I overpaid by £44 then lost the receipt then found it! this was Saturday by Monday they had sorted it out and refunded me and sent me a friendly helpful email - fantastic service! thank you!

Recently tried to add a new payment card to my Saba account. It could not process it and said, “Try Again”, which I did, several times, to no avail.

I thought, OK, as long as I’m in the app, I’ll add my wife’s car to the list of vehicles.

When I tried to add it, the app INSISTED that I add a “State” from a drop-down list. The list was unpopulated - not surprising, since I live in the UK and there are no “states”.

So then I hit the “Contact Us” link, which, as I should have predicted, did absolutely nothing other than keeping me on the same page.

Might I suggest that Saba hire some professionals to review & fix their horrible phone app? I seven other parking apps in my phone and none of them (not even the horrendous NCP) have given me as much trouble as Saba.

Parked at East India Quay Canary wharf paid for the parking online got a confirmation number proof of payment upon leaving I was told I had to pay cause Barry would not go up pay to get out fine contacted them today to ask for a refund on one of the two payments And I get told by a patronising person. Oh, you need to send proof for the double payments and I said I already had so I’ve had to resend screenshot of my bank details showing the payment going out both payments and also copies of the original receipt and time I I paid online car parts was lovely and clean spacious safe but customer experience absolutely appalling. There’s no one in the office. There’s no signs in the car park and Customer Services might be quick to respond but they patronise you back to ask you to send the same information regarding issue you’ve raised with them again because they seem to be very good at not responding to pictures you sent to prove you paid and then had to pay to get out again, so you’ve been charged double

The worst parking company ever. Their employee directed us to the parking, we paid a fee and then after we left the car he submitted a ticket claiming we parked in a wrong car park!! We made appeal and they rejected it and refused to refund parking charge we paid as well! What a bunch of scammers!!

Received a parking charge once in September and a second one in October. I did display the disabled blue badge and had registered the badge with them ages ago. What I didn't do was scan the badge at the paypoint which I didn't know I had to do. Anyway, Aaron Wild was very helpful via a phone call and reversed both the fines for us. I will say their email system is very broken as I had sent proof of badge on the same day it was requested by them via email, just think they need more staff. Anyway, I'm hoping the next time I take my disabled son on the train this won't happen again.

We parked in Stratford upon Avon Station car park run by Sabaparking.
1) App doesn't work - can't use this to pay.
2) Payments via Website failed multiple times.
3) Machine confusing & refused to accept apple pay - multiple times.
4) finally successed inserting my card - maybe I've been charged multiple times... who knows!
What an absolute joke - Shameful

I was informed that I had not paid for parking on a given date - my fault. I had however booked the parking for the day before (fully paid).

I have been fined, eventually, it took 4 months for them to come to a decision.

Fined for not paying on the correct date.

I wish I had another option, to use another car park, but I cannot.

The payment machine at Debden Tube Station did not work at the first attempt, worked at the second but the machine refused to print a receipt. These idiots are now attempting to take two payments and yes, you are correct, there is no way you can call them, obviously to frightened to talk to their customers, what a bunch of cowards!! I have messaged them via their website but still waiting for a reply!!!! I would give zero stars but unfortunately you have to give one; they deserve a minus rating.

Forgot to pay parking so attempted to pay the fine.
They had a system error so i could not pay the fine, and as such upped the amount.
I subsequently appealed and 6 months later still have not been given the outcome of that appeal and as such had the threat of being taken to court.

Absolutely abysmal customer services.
Refused to register a complaint.
Threatening

And have still not given the result of my appeal.

Catalytic converter stolen from under car in Finchley Central Station... the "won't give the CCTV to anyone but police or the insurance" but the chap in the Underground says this happens all the time... also there aren't any cameras pointing at the cars in there anyway, a racket

Terms and conditions designed in tandem with terrible payments systems in order to make it very difficult to do the right thing; the end result is lots of fines for NHS workers, an appeals process that is not fit for purpose and a company more interested in you not paying and fining you than you paying. They opt out of the ombudsman process - how is that even possible? Not far off being crooks really. Avoid. Oh you can’t because they car parks were all sold off to them.

Poor service ..lister hospitial Stevenage !! No organisation, 45 minutes to try and get parked..Bad car park !!!
Then Stanmore railway station ( joke).
If you don't get a disabled car park place ,you have pay to pay £10( regardless a blue badge disabled person !)
They don't even answer there phones !!
Poor service ,just want your money !!

Saba Parking- vile.
Parking at Wycombe general for a hospital appointment, the parking signs reassured me that there was a lot of customer parking. Having had my appointment and paid the “honesty” fee (their machine neither recognised my number plate or gave me a receipt) I returned to the car to find a ticket on the windscreen. I was parked in the wrong zone, as was every other car in my row. The small print on the reverse sign of course made this clear. But this is a hospital, people can be preoccupied and unfamiliar. Clear signage would help.
At no point during the following process of appeal and payment was I able to talk to anybody. There is no accountability or integrity here!

TERRIBLE!
They do not hesitate to take your money in advance, even though they cannot guarantee there will be a parking space available for you when you get to the parking. So why accept advance booking? Their T&Cs only look for themselves, and not for the customer! Because of this, I lost nearly £300 today of a family train trip to London.
A very disappointing and stressful day. Do not recommend parking in advance.
