Due to technical difficulties on the app, multiple times it has not registered my pay

Have been fined about 5 times this year. Whenever i appeal, its automatically rejected.
This company definitely needs to be looked into

I got a letter in the last week of May stating that as I hadn't paid my parking charge notice for a day that I had parked in the Station Car Park the fee had now gone up. I tried to go on line to appeal the case, as I have proof from my bank that I did indeed pay on the day in question - they took the day's full parking fee. I couldn't however do anything on line as the date by then had exceeded the 28 days you get to appeal...

I had to write to them, explaining that I:
1. Hadn't had a ticket
2. Knew nothing about this until the letter arrived (after the 28 days period had expired)
3. Had proof from my bank that I had paid in full on the day.

I have had nothing back in response to my letter from SABA but today I have had a letter through from a debt collection service, with yet another inflated amount and so I am jumping through hoops yet again to get this resolved!! SABA you are an absolute disgrace - I have made every attempt to resolve this, and you continue to ignore me. Surely there is a law against companies trying to obtain monies by deception??

I would rather park a mile away and walk in than give you any more of my hard earned cash! Next stage for me is to go straight to TFL and legal counsel - I am not handing over another penny. SABA you are a joke!!!!!!

I am sorry to say that this is the most awful parking service! I’m not someone who goes online for nasty reviews but this one made me register for my first review on Trustpilot. To state a few adjectives from my experience with them - Unethical, irresponsible, No accountability and I might add inhumane!

I had pre-purchased a weeks parking permit for this car park. On arrival both car parks were full. I now understand that this is a common occurrence and feel completely duped by this company. They do state that buying a permit does not guarantee a space BUT this has not been a problem before. There is no help given at the station, as they are not linked to Saba, and often not from the area, so can give no help with alternative parking. It seems that Saba know parking at this station is inadequate BUT still allow you to pre-pay for parking. West Midland and London Northern Trains, should take note, and perhaps award the parking at their stations to another company.

Due to a technical issue with the Trust app, which I downloaded as per Saba's instruction specifically, it failed to recorded the time I left the Nuneaton car park. I was not charged by the app as I should have been. I noticed today, 2 days later, that my account had not been debited accordingly. I proactively wrote to, and phoned Saba to pay today. Saba is refusing to accept payment. However, they are insisting that their error is a great opportunity to inflate their revenue and issue a fine to me for nonpayment.  They are a disgrace! 

Got a fine for not being in a marked bay, the bays are so badly kept that you can hardly see where the actual bays are. The car park at Lister Hospital now has a slip road closed adding 40 minutes to the time it takes to find a parking space. Is it right that a doctor gets a fine if they have had to park in a rush to get in to the hospital?

They are complete scammers. I paid for parking at Nuneaton Train Station, but the signage was not clear, and the machine was not well-illuminated or easy to read in the dark, so I paid an incorrect amount.

The appeals process is a joke.

They are impossible to reach by phone, what a surprise.

I have contacted their MD Phillip Herring via Linkedin in the hope that he can apply a bit of common sense to my case, and perhaps a few others too.

Rude staff. Especially at Gloucester royal hospital. No empathy. All about the money and the costs are extortionate.

24 minutes over the parking I booked at Wolverhampton train station. Got sent a £100 fine that if paid in 14 days reduced to £60 or we could appeal. We appealed and strangely it was rejected. Was informed we could re appeal but if that failed there’s no reduction in fine.

BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THEIR APP!!

We received a parking fine letter from TFL / Saba's debt collection agency ZZPS 30 days after not receiving the supposed initial fine letter from TFL / Saba Parking. Their appeal deadline is 28 days - that's very convenient. Don't send the initial letter to make sure the fine is past the initial charge and past the appeal deadline. £100 fine + £70 admin fee!! Pure scam. Well done TFL. Nothing like maximum profiteering in a cost of living crisis.

Really very disappointing! Paid via RingGo app and appealed against fine- to be told RingGo not operating car park fees any longer- however on search stated available for parking at Kidderminster SVR train station!

I've only given one star because I can't give them zero. These guys are appalling, I will not be using them again.
I parked at Wolverhampton station over the weekend. On our return I found the single payment machine was out of order. (If there was another machine elsewhere in the car park it wasn't signposted.) The notices suggested a choice of two apps for payment: Saba and Trust. I downloaded both but the Saba app failed to set up an account. I did manage to set up an account in the Trust app but failed to add a payment card to my account. There was nothing on the signage to say that the LatePay option is only available up to midnight on the day of parking. I have since emailed twice and they have refused to take payment. In my book they have failed to accept proffered payment on 5 occasions now and have threatened a penalty notice.

I will be finding somewhere else to park in Wolverhampton in future or catching the train from somewhere else.

I won't use these people ever again.

I feel that they are either incompetent company or something in happening while you use the app, not sure.
The fact is that with so many terrifying cases and ‘scam’ titles, why are we not flooding their regulatory body and financial ombudsman?
I m taking on my to write to both on the same email. The only way to get rid of such companies is if we all do that.

Money grabbers , not to be trusted.
After failing to pay parking, received a debt collection notice for £170 despite having absolutely NO previous warnings or reminders from them!! Forced to pay the fine as it was allegedly too late to appeal it. Very very disappointed with this service.

The machine wouldn't take our card or cash.
We had to drive off. Feeling anxious, our daughter entered our registration number and hour later. The machine said there was nothing to pay. We received a fine for £100 but appealed with evidence. The appeal was rejected. It's very upsetting as £100 takes a large chunk of my state pension! I phoned the company and they still wouldn't accept my reasons even with a photo of the machine message. How disgusting to treat an honest person as a criminal. It's very, very upsetting. This company should not be allowed to operate.

When you get £3.50 deducted for a car thatbis not registered to you and they not interested to help! Terms and conditions! Ummm Hello not my car! Do NOT assign a card to their online services!

I had received a PCN at Stoke Mandeville Hosp on the 4th February. I had only just received the letter.
I spoke to a lady called Emma on the 19th March; she was an exemplar of customer service that is lacking in recent times. Clear, efficient, Concise and compassionate. She was extremely helpful, kind and answered my queries with accuracy and clarity. I was extremely satisfied with her work and support, she is a credit to Saba.

Sabaparking should not be allowed to operate, let alone in hospitals with vulnerable people. Just money grabbers with no consideration. Regulators, please shut down this terrible company

Lister hospital multistorey is a death trap for cars especially Suvs. Ramps and barriers are dangerous and outmoded. Very high chance of colliding with barriers and posts at end even when driving very carefully Too many people suffering. Higher management need to take heed. My MG HS hybrid needs 2 new doors
and a respray. Also triggered my hidden condition and couldn't drive for over one hour as I was really stressed from collision at 2mph with concrete barrier. My mother was with me and she had a brain scan at hospital. Whole experience awful. I won't use this car park. I rather pay for a cab.
