We're sorry you're disappointed, but let us clarify some points: before booking your car, you agreed to the rental terms, including two essential points:

1. No refund is possible for unused days.
2. You must return the car with the same fuel level as at pick-up.

The day after renting, you contacted us to return the car and be reimbursed. Unfortunately, this wasn't possible as it contradicts the regulations you agreed to. We noticed this upset you and likely led to your comment.

Upon returning the vehicle, you informed the agent that the gas station mistakenly added an extra €30 of diesel, and you wanted to be reimbursed. This is unreasonable as you rented for 4 days at €100 (instead of €120 with a 25% discount), and requesting €30 exceeds the profit we made on this rental. In summary, you're asking us to lose money to correct the gas station's error, despite us being a small local agency that employs local people.

Upon our refusal to reimburse you, you suggested returning the car to the original gas station to remove the €30 excess so you could keep the extra fuel. Despite this practice being prohibited, and as a gesture of goodwill, we accepted. Instead, you took the car to a makeshift mechanic who mishandled it, leading to further complications. To cover his mistake, he falsely claimed we had deactivated the car's GPS, despite us repeatedly explaining that the vehicle isn't equipped with GPS.

You contacted us, and we came to the station, unblocked your deposit without asking for any money, towed the car to the garage, and had it repaired.

We have been kind and helpful from the beginning, not demanding payment despite your violation of all the car rental rules. I don't see any scam here.

What happened is simple: you changed your plane, wanted a refund, we refused, and you took it badly. You wanted to create a problem with the extra diesel; we were understanding and let you do what you wanted, but it escalated. We were understanding a second time, returned your deposit despite being entitled to deduct repair costs, and in the end, you came and told lies.

Do you think we would scam someone who cares about retrieving an extra €30 of diesel in tank ? We don't think so.

The people whom you claim helped you were astonished that we let you go without asking for compensation and praised our kindness towards you. The mechanic who damaged the car apologized and admitted he shouldn't have touched the car until the company manager was present, as per regulations. Everyone was grateful towards us except you, because of the refund and the days we refused for you. At no point did we ask for compensation from you, not even a single euro. We took the keys and returned your deposit without saying a word, so where is the scam?

The mistake we made was allowing you to remove the diesel. We should have taken back the car, unlocked your deposit without compensating you for the excess diesel. That's the rule. We failed to adhere to the rule, and we paid the price. The agent who returned the car to you was sanctioned because he failed to comply with the regulation.

If you had made this mistake with a multinational, you would have paid over €1000 in compensation for €30 of diesel, but we are a local agency that believes that out of 100 honest customers, there will be one dishonest, and we forgive a move on.

And to conclude, if you rent a suit and the dry cleaner ruins it, you don't ask the person you rented it from to be understanding. You ask the dry cleaner to fix their mistake and reimburse you.

Nous comprenons votre déception concernant l'annulation de votre réservation, cependant, nous tenons à souligner que cette annulation a été effectuée moins de 24 heures avant la livraison de la voiture, ce qui est en dehors des délais de remboursement selon nos conditions d'utilisation acceptées lors de la réservation. Conformément à ces conditions stipulées sur notre site web, aucun remboursement n'est possible dans ce cas. De plus, il est important de noter que le respect de nos règlements garantit une expérience satisfaisante pour toutes les parties. Si nous avions manqué à notre engagement en ne livrant pas la voiture à l'aéroport comme convenu si vous étiez venu , cela aurait également été source de désagrément pour vous.
Malgré les circonstances liées au séisme, notre service était pleinement opérationnel, et la ville de Marrakech n'a pas été touchée par cet événement et toutes les réservations on était honorées de façon normal .
Nous avons souhaité faire preuve de compréhension en vous proposant un avoir pour une prochaine visites même si ce n’est pas dans le règlement à titre de geste commercial, mais nous regrettons que vous ayez choisi de le refuser.
