I contacted Lee at Rutland Computer Repairs and explained my computer problem. He explained it and the solution over the phone. I subsequently booked an appointment for a home visit. After testing my iMac Lee took it away and returned the repaired and upgraded device within two days. Totally satisfied with work and my iMac now works better than when I first bought it! Invoice was less than quoted and the repair was all that he promised.

Lee has supported Ketton Scout Group for a number of years and does a great job ! - He is very approachable and is knowledgeable about our needs and know the answer to our many questions....High recommended !

This guy is a genius. My laptop became corrupt following an update and I was well and truly locked out. Lee collected it within 2 hours and brought it back to me 8.30 next morning and is now fully functioning. I'm so pleased I found him.

Issues with my Mac were diagnosed on the phone on Thursday, new hard drive ordered which arrived Saturday, computer collected by Lee on Saturday and I had my fully functioning, extremely fast Mac back on Sunday afternoon. Not only will I use you again but I will highly recommend you to others.

Outstanding service from Lee who helped with my daughters iMac, I never even had to leave my house! These guys are the best IT specialists around, they instantly solve all our problems over a number of sites, set up any devices and thoroughly look after us and all our needs. We would never use anybody else. They offer great rates and no job is too small.

I asked Lee to upgrade two iMacs: installing SSD drives and adding some extra RAM. They are newish models so upgrading is complex and fiddly. He had them on Saturday and they were ready for collection on Sunday! Both were delivered back in mint condition and are now running much faster and they are so quiet.
