Coverage: Crash Replacement only covers your helmet; Bluetooth audio, visors, and any other accessories are not covered. Proof of Purchase: The original receipt or order number from Ruroc must be provided to claim the Crash Replacement service. If requested, the product must be shipped back to us. Non-Refundable: Crash Replacement is non-refundable unless Ruroc is unable to provide a replacement.
