This product is exceptional. Unfortunately when I provided it to my club brother as a gift the date arrived the glue on the back of the padding and the shell separated. The cheek pad attachment broke. This is his first Ruroc and I spoke very highly of Ruroc, and will continue to do so; however, I firmly expect Ruroc to address this issue and get another helmet out to us immediately, and I will return the other helmet. Again, the only reason the stars are the way they are is because the product was defective. I’ve owned for Ruroc Helmets, and will continue to purchase them, because I’ve had exceptional experience with both Customer Service as well as the products.

Love the look
To start off, these helmets are beautiful looking. Materials are top notch and fit and finish are great. Took a bit to get used to the chin strap latch, but starting to really like the easy removal. The shockwave sound is far better than what I have had on previous helmets, sound is more clear and less tinny. Fit is on the snug side, but chalking that up to the very plush padding/lining, and it's definitely getting better every time I put it on. Visors are super easy to swap out, I got all three - clear, tinted, and gold tinted. Helmet is light and visibility is great. Airflow is also very good. If it's in your price range, would definitely recommend!
