P&P a bit slow but great product and service

If that is what Royal Mail are telling Rugby Warfare, they are totally lying, Rugby Warfare should take it up seriously with Royal Mail as this statement is a total fabrication and typical of the unbelievable pathetic lack of service they supply.

21/11 totally incorrect the delivery address was correct and exactly the same as previous deliveries received without any problems.

Placed an order for a birthday present, promised a delivery of Tuesday 18th.
Did not arrive, promised delivery 20th, did not arrive.
Blamed Royal Mail.
Promise a next day delivery on 21/11, now will not answer any e-mails.

Good quality sportswear, with different styles from other rugby clothing brands.
The sizing is a bit on the small side, you need to size up at least one size, sometimes two.

Great product, swift service and well packaged. Super value with this offer. My son's favourite shorts and the best fit he's ever found!

Great brand and shorts but seems to be let down by communication and speed. Paying for 48 hour delivery and then receiving over a week later is a little frustrating, especially when this could be a great independent brand. Email communications take some time to be returned

I ordered goods on the 20th of June and have not received the goods.

Royal Mail tracking states that it is has still not been sent to them. Ive sent an email but have not received anything back.

Good kit, good service

I have purchased most items from there shop always good quality items , and shipped online my favourite t-shirts great fit and can wash over and over again !

Ordered 6 items. Got 5. One was a dupe, one was wrong size. Second time i have had this problem. Such a shame because the products are actually quite good. Based on last experience with customer services no point in asking them to fix it.

Unfortunately I have emailed RW a number of times with regards to a partially unfulfilled order with no response, neither is there any other available options to make contact. The order is a number of weeks old now.

I am obv either due a refund or for the item to be sent out but there alphas been no contact. Disappointing as I shop at RW often and am usually so happy with the products.

Ordered a few items , wanted to exchange the T-shirt for a smaller size. 5 emails later still no acknowledgment or reply to any. Really disappointed as my Son liked the shorts etc but with such poor customer service I wouldn’t be placing another order anytime soon.

Unusually poor dealings this time. Placed order and it was unusually slow, I was away so.didnt really mind. 1 out of three items didn't arrive. When I emailed I got a short non apologetic reply. Was also asked if any other items would be acceptable if item I wanted was out of stock. I provided this info. Then I received an automated email a day or two later informing of a partial refund. No apology, no explanation just refund. As I said at the start, this is unusual for this company, as I have had an issue way back at the start of buying from them and the response was completely different and very good. Will this put me off buying from them again? Not likely as I love their kit for training in, actually don't train in anything else.

Excellent products

The products are always so good but I ordered them 2 weeks ago (paying for 48 hour Royal Mail tracked delivery) and I still haven’t received them. They are due to be with me tomorrow, 15 days after placing my order. I’m not sure why a review request has been sent to me before I have received the goods. Great products but poor delivery and customer service.
