it’s was so good !! alex was amazing and so sweet and nice. i ordered an all american smash burger with lettuce tomato’s and mayonnaise and he got it perfect !

$34 plus tip for 2 double Jack and cokes that tasted like just coke. Crazy!! We will not be returning to this or any other Ruby Tuesdays again.

The food we had at the Somerset, PA location was awesome and our server Jason was great! He was very attentive, well mannered, and very respectful! We will definitely be returning!

Visit today 3/14/24 at 4:00pm for a table of three. We seated ourselves due to one worker handling the bar and dining. We were the only people sitting in the dining area along the bar. There were two other people in the restaurant sitting in the other dining area. Ordered the 2 for 25
Pasta marinara with chicken and top sirloin and baked potatoe with salad bars for both and pot roast with peas and mashed potatoes. The sirloin ordered medium and unable to eat and pot roast was served in full plate of gravy that mash potatoes and peas were floating in. My bill totaled 83.41. With a 17.00 tip all cash to a girl who was the only worker serving customers. The server not available to check us out left bill and tip on table and left because she was the only worker available

My sister visited with a friend around 5:30 and found only one server with o no one in the restaurant and stated they were on a waiting list . They sat at the bar and were not served for a drink . They left when not served and aware that one server doing everything. Suggest incentives for hiring definitely need employees for sustainability of business.

My husband and I meet at ruby tuesday 12 years ago so we always have a anniversary lunch there but was very very disappointed yesterday we went to the one on Bartram Ave near the Airport and my husband order boneless wings and they was raw inside. I said damn they came out fast and that was the reason why because they wasnt cooked all the way. If I was a food critic they would be shut down
I told the manager and she was like I apologize but nothing happen. She ask would we like some more chicken. Really who would want some more chicken after that. This just messed up our anniversary lunch. Good thing we went to a five star restaurant for dinner.

My server Candice was excellent in Bowling Green KY. Made sure drinks were refilled.

I went to The Ruby Tuesday on Sullivan Road in College Park, GA. The Manager (Shannon) and Server (Vivian) made me feel at ease with their warm greeting. Vivian had always served me on many ocassion with that beautiful smile, however she knows what I love off the menu and start writing my order and delieverd my drink of choice without asking. Today, Shannon and Vivian handle a very unsatifactory experience on my last visit. They both made sure that my order and experience would be to my satisfaction and it was an OUTSTANDING meal and which I'm accustomed to receiving at this location. They both deserve their well high praise by upper management for representing their restaurant.
Ms. Vivian as a server is TOP NOTCH n highly recommended to serve everyone. Shannaon as a manager will address all and any concerns with professionalism. The both will provide service with a SMILE.

Ordered steak and baked potato. It was dinnertime and they had no baked potatoes . So they gave us mashed potatoes but had no gravy. The steak was supposed to be 6 oz. But it was more like 3 oz. So thin and tough, it was terrible. The cost was $10.99, on the bill they charged us $18.99. Lucky I checked the bill. I will not return there. 2 of us ordered the steak, it was not good.

I had beef tips over rice today and it was absolutely delicious. It was at the college road in Wilmington, NC location. It was hot and the beef was so tender. My family members ordered ribs and they said they were so good. I highly recommend Ruby Tuesday on College Road in Wilmington.

Staff smiled from the hostess to the waitress which is rare these days and appreciated!

My wife and I had excellent meals and great service at the Eden North Carolina location of Ruby Tuesday. We especially in joy of the hickory bourbon, salmon, and the New Orleans seafood. The buy one get one free coupon is very generous. However, the facility is in bad need of remodeling. I hope that will become a priority for this company. Dr. Doug Barber.

Honestly if this store (Kinston, NC) cannot be staffed properly it should be closed. Judging from the online reviews it probably won't be long before that happens. So sad as this used to be one of my favorite places to eat in Kinston. If you order online to pick up in store add at least 30 - 45 minutes to the pickup time you are given. There were no visible employees for 10 minutes once I got inside. Check your food before you leave. The sides that I got were inedible. You'd be better off going to McDonald's and that's pretty sad. And don't bother letting corporate know about your experience. They don't respond.

Got the salad bar with our meal, but some of the items were empty a waitress standing beside some the table looked at us ,listening to us she left and came back with 2 items to replace sister in law asked her to bring more cheese it took her long enough that she went back to the table without it then when I got to the dressing there was no 1000 island I asked her to bring some she said she'd have to check on it she finally came back and said they were out I told her I didn't like ranch or French and didn't know what the others were and handed her the salad and told her they could take it off our bill and went back to table out waitress came over and sorry they were out of the 1000 island. but sometimes it happens. And laughs as she walks off after I left the table she talk to the rest at the table about me being mad they were out I m more mad about being laughed at and made fun of

Had a small family get together. Overall 9 people. First ones in the door and seated. Waitress was awesome. Then came the menu. Like a lot of people we just get the salad bar. It's always plenty. But $12.49!!!!! It's flippin salad!!! Wife says it's ok and calm down. Ok, she's the boss and also paying. Time to eat. Get up there and there's less food. None of the thin cracklin bread that is so awesome. One kind of croton that isn't even crunchy. I asked our great waitress about the cracklin bread, they no longer carry it!!! So here it is, high, way to high, price and less selection. For me Ruby Tuesday can go the way of Tuesday Morning because I will not be going back.

Lenoir City TN Ruby Tuesday on I 75 is the best place to eat. The red headed waitress is the one to ask for. She is on top of her game. The food was very tasty.

This location is in severe need of renovation. On my visit the carpet was so worn that at first I thought something had spilled and my shoes were sticking to the point I had to conscientiously lift my feet at each step. After further examination of the carpet I realized it was so worn that my feet were sticking. After making our way to find a booth to sit in there were several that were torn and in disrepair. When a restaurant is in this bad of shape in the area the public uses, it makes me feel like the areas we can't see could be horrid. I won't return to this location. I reached out to their customer service department and received 1 email where it was said they would like to talk to me about my experience and then I never heard back - after several attempts on my end. This has been almost a 2 month waiting period with no more contact from them.

I have always ate a steak at ruby Tuesday for years from Troy Al and a few times in enterprise Al….but today I ordered a 16 oz t bone and it was horrible the worst steak I ever had also got Mac & cheese and it was like soup …I have never left a review but I had to today ….very disappointed……u guys need to do better …. I mean it’s my go to place when I eat out my kids even take me there every year for my birthday…but anyway…u guys need to do better …thank you …michael
