One good salesman one appalling sales manager

One salesman Khon was effective but sadly when the supplier missed delivery his (sounds like manager) Samuel Bellwood couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone to find out what and when so suggested he sends me the strap for the gear bag to play with while I wait.
This is hundreds of bucks worth of gear bag and it was first ordered six months ago. Bought stuff from them for decades now but not again if I can avoid it.

Thank you for this very mixed feedback. We value our customer's opinions.
Timely and efficient supply of products is something that we prioritise. We source many products direct from the manufacturer, leaving us dependent on an international supply chain which can sometimes complicate this.
I must note that, while you requested a quote from us six months prior, your actual order was placed with us only three weeks before this happened. Your order was cancelled and fully refunded on request and without delay.
Samuel (not a sales manager) reached out to you to advise of the delay. He was simply trying to do the best by you and I struggle to see why this interaction upset you so much.
Nevertheless, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take your comments on board and wish you all the best moving forward.

Great experience as always

Even though the products I ordered were in stock at the supplier meaning they would take a little longer for delivery, the shipping estimate was spot on. Great experience every time.

I love shopping with Rubber Monkey

I love shopping with Rubber Monkey. 80% of the time I put my orders through to their store because I know the ordered product arrives quickly and reliably. I really can't recommend them highly enough. Items are also always well packaged and they arrive in top notch condition.

Urgent delivery sorted

Had a pretty urgent order for some Rode audio equipment required placed late on a Thursday afternoon, the sales team helped with everything to get it delivered to us in Christchurch first thing Monday morning.
Absolutely great service as always.
