As soon as we saw your feedback, we reached out and offered to exchange any faulty part, we simply requested a photo or video so we could identify the issue. You declined to provide this, so we then offered a free return label for a full refund. However, we’ve not received any further response.

The delivery keeps being promised but I have now been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my order of shelves. I keep getting excuses as to why they have not been delivered. Don't trust them! When I ask for a refund they change the subject or make up some story why the item is late or that it is transit.

As soon as you contacted us, we investigated the issue and shared the courier's delivery attempt proof with you. Upon receiving your permission, we immediately dispatched a replacement via 24-hour express service, which you received the very next day.
We truly regret the delay caused and did our best to resolve the matter as quickly and transparently as possible. Despite our efforts to assist and follow up, it’s disheartening to receive a review that does not reflect the full sequence of events.

Amazing service, not great quality.
Amazing price, awesome service and delivery.
Only issue is I bought a gazebo and it didn't even last a month. Material easily ripped, even with no winds. Was sad to have to take it down after loving it.
But also know for the price I paid wasn't going to be the best material, so don't blame the company.

Great value and Great Service…
Great value shelving units and great customer service when I had a couple of questions.
Also after sale I couldn't find instructions ( although I found the afterwards between the shelves) I was sent more instructions and a great video within an hour.
Would definitely buy from them again. In fact I’ve ordered more shelves!
