Super bad no money back return that’s a lie. Bad cheap material and design is used by print machine
I mailed back did everything they said sent pictures etc. They will deny receiving my dresses so they don’t have to pay refund!

No recomiendo comprar en RongShop. La calidad del producto es pésima, muy por debajo de lo que muestran en las fotos. Los materiales son de malísima calidad no se ajusta a la descripción que ponen para la venta (ejemplo te ponen que es de algodón y lino) y te mandan un acrílico malísimo. Los pantalones parecen bordados en la fotografía y te mandan un tejido dibujado que te cuece las piernas. Acabados muy deficientes y el resultado final no tiene nada que ver con lo anunciado. Deben coger fotografías originales de las tiendas que si lo venden. Lo cobran como si fueran originales.
Además la experiencia con el Servicio postventa ha sido aún peor. Intenté devolver el producto dentro del plazo y a pesar de pagar los gastos de devolución de España a China, no aceptan el paquete ni facilitan una solución real. Es imposible tramitar la devolución. Mala calidad, cero garantías. Una compra totalmente decepcionante. Después de 7 meses he recibido el paquete devuelto

Never received my dress. Paid for express shipping! Emailed to find out regarding shipment. Just told me to contact postoffice! Still nothing. No refund.

What I received was nothing like what I ordered. It was supposed to be dimentional applique on top and skirt but instead was printed ugly flower pattern on both. One blouse was not the top I ordered at all in style or color. Took 3 weeks to get here and not sure I’ll get refunded because I think this site is a scam/fraud. They use pictures of lovely things but send cheap crap that looks nothing like what was ordered. Terrible and they should be shut down.

Dieses Unternehmen ist leider eine Betrügerfirma, hier werden tolle Fotos von hochwertigen Artikeln gezeigt. Dann werden billigste Schrott Artikel versendet, welche nur ansatzweise optisch ähnlich aussehen aber völlig unbrauchbar sind. In meinem Fall eine Hose und Stiefel..... Achtung Finger weg, schade um euer Geld!!!!

This webpage is a scam. The items sent are trash, they have nothing to do with the (fake) photos they show in their webpage. They are not made of wool or linen and the embroidered patterns do not exist. They are made with a painted synthetic cloth. The beautiful linen dresses are in fact awful synthetic dresses. They are worth less than 10% of the money paid. I tried to cancel my order, but they answered that the bad reviews are made by the competence.... bla bla bla.

Ordered some distressed biker boots and received boots wrapped in cellophane that I would describe as something you would find on a cheap doll or ventriloquist puppet. Paid $85.00 and I would guess these boots to be valued at $5.00. Whoever does their website clothing advertisement as very impressive unique items but that is not at all what you receive. To call this site a scam would be to give them a compliment as it is worse than a scam its reprehensible.

True customer, 12/19/25, ordered items are very cheap replica, print, material size everything is less than Walmart quality, just to say Walmart is a Nordstrom or Saks compared to what RongShop is selling. Also they collect your $$$ right away but deliver several weeks later.

Estaba en Pinterest y vi unos vestidos hermosos y que no había visto nunca, me dirigió a rongshop.com y cuando ya pensaba comprar me decía que pagara con PayPal, ahí desconfíe, la mayoría de las estafas se hacen por ahí porque PayPal no tiene seguro como Mastercard o visa… decidí buscar referencias y así llegué aqui, gracias por sus comentarios, trataré de reportar la página en Pinterest porque hubiese caído de no ser por sus comentarios!
Leí por ahí que robaban las fotos y que eran la típica página china que imita (de mas forma) diseños de otros, pero cobran bastante por ser malas imitaciones!!!

I can’t begin to tell you how disappointed and furious at my order that Rong Shop sent me.
The clothes I received were poorly made and nothing like what was advertised, the stitching and overall quality was extremely low and badly constructed. For the price, I expected much better. I recommend no one buy a thing from this site, as I obviously will not be ordering from Rong Shop again! It is actually the Rong Shop!
I’ve lost over £200 with this company, and have to count my losses, but I have learned by my first ever mistake in buying online.

This is a complete scam, what they advertise something totally different that what they ship to you, also takes week to arrive, nothing like the pictures, sizes completely wrong, they offer you a 15% reimbursement or good luck with the return in the middle of China. Complete scam.

des photos qui n'ont rien à voir avec les produits. Des tissus synthetiques degueulas, decrits comme coton. Des chhemises envoyés comme vestes! tout ce que j ai commandé est à retourner, voyons si je vais etre remboursé!

ZERO STARS THIS IS A SCAM SITE. I received polyester screen printed items that were described as embroidered linen. They also refuse to pay shipping for returns on items that are clearly described inaccutately because they know many people won't go through the trouble of returning to China. STAY AWAY

Ich würde null Sterne geben. Ich habe eine Hose bestellt und eine völlig andere bekommen. Sie wollten mir erst mit 10% dan 15 % entgegenkommen. Das ende vom Lied ich sollte es auf meine Kosten irgendwo in China schicken wobei die Adresse mehr als merkwürdig war. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit das die Retour angekommen wäre ist gleich null. Wenn die Retour allerdings nicht ankommt würde ich auf sämtlichen Kosten sitzen bleiben. Alles fing damit an das die Absendeadresse auch eine Adresse war die in Deutschland für nicht zustellbare Pakete genutzt wird. Long Story Short. Finger weg
