More Than Just Buying a Van
My husband, Bruce, is a disabled veteran, and we have been on a journey for almost two years trying to obtain VA approval for a wheelchair-accessible van. The process has been long and challenging, and reaching this point means more to our family than words can express.
Peter has been wonderful to work with. He has been professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate throughout the process. He took the time to answer our questions and has been supportive as we navigate the VA requirements and approvals.
This van represents freedom for Bruce. After being largely homebound for so long, we are looking forward to getting him out of the house, traveling, and making memories together. Peter understands that this is not simply a vehicle purchase—it's about improving a veteran's quality of life.
We are incredibly grateful for Peter's excellent customer service and his commitment to helping veterans and their families. Thank you, Peter, for helping make this dream a reality.

Thank you, Kim, for sharing your family's story. We're honored to have been a part of Bruce's journey, and we sincerely thank him for his service to our country.
We know the VA process can be long and challenging, which makes it especially meaningful to hear that Peter was able to provide the support, knowledge, and compassion your family deserved along the way. We'll be sure to share your kind words with him.
Your comment that this is "more than just buying a van" truly resonates with our mission. Knowing this van will help Bruce regain his independence, get back out into the community, and create new memories with your family is exactly why we do what we do.
Thank you for trusting Rollx Vans. We wish you, Bruce, and your family many safe travels and wonderful adventures together. 🚐💙

Horrible DMV follow-up..
I drove down, bought a handicap-accessible van the same day, paid full price with zero negotiation, and expected the buying process to be easy. Unfortunately, the customer service after the sale was terrible. No one informed me that the DMV requires the original disability parking form with a wet signature, leaving me to spend additional time tracking down a physician and doing work that should have been explained before I left. A simple heads-up would have saved a lot of frustration. Very disappointing experience.

Thank you, Michelle, for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear this part of the process was frustrating. While we did our best to navigate the DMV's documentation requirements as they evolved, we understand how disappointing it was when the original signed form was ultimately required. We appreciate your feedback, as experiences like yours help us improve how we communicate these requirements and set expectations throughout the registration process. Thank you for choosing Rollx Vans, and we wish you many safe miles ahead.
