Only giving 1 star as cannot give lower.. Current live order ORD20250901134849.
Order delayed by 2 weeks due to materials issue. Today get a call from driver at 07:44 to inform me door is out for delivery.. to get to my premises for 09:00 to find out not loaded in the van only box and rails. Took time off work to take delivery on a door paid in full months ago. Wish I had read the reviews would have spent few extra ££s with Garolla Doors least would have got a service paid for. Future buyers read the reviews here on Google and think twice!! Multiple people cannot be wrong.

Bought door for DIY installation in June 2025. Fairly straight forward to install if you're good at DIY and I was happy with the quality of the RD77 door. Everything worked perfectly for around 4 months when a fault developed.
Got in touch with Rollerdor and explained the issue. They wanted £150 call out charge to send an engineer. ONLY PARTS ARE COVERED BY THEIR 2 YEAR WARRANTY!!!!
To be fair it does state this on the website but no mention of the call out charge.
"For our DIY Roller Garage Doors, Rollerdor Ltd offers that for a period of two years parts will be covered from your product’s delivery, should it prove to be defective due to workmanship."

Avoid rollordor, poor quality products, poor quality after sales service and support. They make it the customers fault despite following their online instructions. They even sent out an engineer to look at the door as it keeps stopping in operation, suggested they repaired it but months on and we are left with a door that stops several times in operation. They are just not interested, ignored our many emails in the hope we will just go away.

We learnt a lesson here, read reviews first.

I’m amazed the amount of bad reviews there are Re- Rollerdor , they fitted mine 8 years ago , apart from a couple of fobs going US, and a stray cycle getting in the way when it was descending one time , it’s been brilliant , ordering parts is a breeze they are so helpful , post is generally free and fast. I have had a Rollerdor for over 10 years. Its always been reliable. That was until I inadvertently left a bicycle under it when closing and sheared the retaining brackets from the roller!
I expected I would have to pay for an expensive callout from an engineer.
Instead I received a call from the support team who gave instructions step by step how to refit and calibrate the settings myself. Mathew (from support) was patient and polite whilst I carried out his instructions. The process took well over half an hour but at no time did I feel under pressure. The job was completed by me at no cost. FANTASTIC SERVICE, THANK YOU!

I would personally recommend avoiding this company and their doors. After receiving the door, I followed the video instructions which I was sent , which clearly showed two people rolling the curtain into the runners. However, when I tried to install it, I found that the top of the curtain was ending up at the bottom. We had to remove it, re-roll it in the opposite direction, and reinstall it. When I called customer service, the representative suggested, "Well, you should have noticed the rubber seal was missing." I assumed everything was set up correctly.

So had to remove and re install the curtain which meant removing all the bubble wrap between the curtain layers. Unfortunately, this caused some paint damage to the door. Whilst unrolling the bubble wrap we found various small pin like or staple gun type holes on the curtain along with some slight dents.
The instructions were vague and inconsisten showing many options but not telling you which one might work for your door which others have also pointed out. They offered multiple sets of instructions instead of a single, clear guide for my specific door.

When I reached out for help, they suggested I could have tried another method for mounting the curtain, but that wasn’t mentioned in the video I was sent. I was also confused by the accessories, as I received four options without clear guidance on which one to use.

After all the back and forth, the paint was damaged on a slat and when I asked for touch-up paint, they told me they didn’t have any available. Many of the panels also have small, pin-like marks , thats from the original door before being hung and as supplied

Overall, I regret not choosing a different company. In my opinion, it's best to avoid this one. The customer service was unhelpful, and as another review mentioned, they tried to deflect responsibility. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating. There are better companies out there .

I am giving a 2* purely based on having been secure enough for several years but I today discovered that my garage has been broken into and they have simply BENT the panels upwards like a tin can. Not to mention the valuables that were stolen from within, the cost to replace the garage doors will also be substantial and I can safely say that I will not be purchasing another 'secure', robust and strong garage door from Rollerdor. I wish I could upload a photo to demonstrate how easily they have forced entry into the garage through the garage door.
I also had several issues with the key fobs synchronising with the door to open and shut the garage from inside the car.

Rollerdor offered sound advice, were pleasant to deal with on both online chat and phone. Technical advice was provided before ordering to make sure the parts were the right fit for my door. When I emailed with a query regarding my order, it was followed up with a fast response by email and a little later by phone to confirm and check some details. Parts ordered, delivered quickly and well packaged at an affordable price. Would definitely recommend.

I originally had a so called garage door firm (not affiliated with Rollerdor) fit a Rollerdor to my garage. He did such a poor job. I had a lot of issues with my door. However I spoke to the technical team and between us we worked out everything he did wrong as well as the parts I needed to get my door operating as it should. At the same time I purchased 2 new runners (the sides) so I could make the door sit at the correct height. I left them as part ready to fit for 3 years. Fast forward to 2023 and I've just reinstalled my garage door on the new runners finally in my new garage and it's now at the full height I required in the first place. When getting the door ready for the job I called the technical team again for the measurements of the door and height I originally wanted. They have me all the measurements I required which saved me a lot of hassle rolling the door on the floor etc. I can now finally say It's installed as it should have been all thanks to the manufacturer and it's still working 4 years on. So thanks to the team! Your all very helpful and I'm grateful for your time.

The service post-installation has not been great.
In less than a year of having the garage door, the door has broken twice. I cannot fault the service on purchase and the service when I reported an issue the first time.
However, the service on the second time has been appalling. The company has said it will take three weeks to come out to me, considering it has been raised as a high priority, I have no other means of getting into the garage, and there are items stored in there for works to the house, which tradesmen need access too, causing delay and extra expense.
I was advised by them to break into the garage door myself, which would cause damage and impact the warranty, of which they then said we would have to charge you.
It makes me think there is something a bit more sinister going on with the door and that a whole replacement will be required.
Clearly, the priority ratings do not mean a lot, as I would have thought high priority would mean to resolve in less than a week. I am fully aware there isn't a 24hr call out service, but three weeks without access is a bit much...

We have a Rollerdor garage door. After a few years of use and with the door occasionally sticking, we arranged for a service. The service team arrived on time and were courteous and polite. However the 'service' was completed in less that 15 minutes. Other than a few checks and oiling, nothing else appeared to have been done. For a charge of nearly £100 and with no work / door guarantee, I consider this to be very poor value for money. I could have done the same job myself (for free) in 10 minutes. Very disappointed.

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience purchasing a garage roller door from this company. From the initial site survey visit, quote, order confirmation and installation the service was faultless. Great contact throughout keeping me updated and on the day kept informed by the fitters with an eta. I am delighted with quality of the door which was a good deal less than other companies out there.

Double electric door installed 4 years ago. Excellent after sales service. Occasional strap breakage but inexpensive to replace and fairly easy to change. Very recent issue with door not moving. Expert advice given very quickly (by Matthew) who identified the likely issue and I was able to sort in minutes using his advice and information from their website (Safety brake needed adjusting)

Brilliant company! Rollerdor provided excellent value for money and they were extremely helpful in throughout. It arrived on time and the driver even gave some helpful tips for fitting. I wish all companies provided this level of service.

From my experience I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rollerdor.

I initially bought the door after seeing one a friend had fitted.

The guys who installed it did a great job of installing the new door and removing the old one and all the mess.

Fast forward @6 years and the motor failed, Rollerdor talked me through troubleshooting to be 100% certain it was not something I could fix myself and offered the part or fitting service.

The price was reasonable and I got them to come out and replace the motor, they turned up a bit early and did the work in no time, leaving no mess and made sure it was functioning perfectly before leaving.

My main fear with these things is after sales service and spares / repair backup and Rollerdor have been excellent in this area.

Highly recommended.

The advice received and available systems explained, made my choice easy. From measuring to fitting, the whole process was simple. The finished job is a pleasure to use, and has considerably improved the security and appearance. Thank you Rollerdor, have already recommended to daughter.

Very Disappointed with Rolledor. Door was made well and fitting was relatively easy. Instructions where quiet good but need to be read a few times and the various components laid out and identified to make fitting straight forward. Unfortunately I had a faulty control box. When I first installed the door and pressed the remote for initial set up the door would not stop dispite frantically pressing the stop button. I had to pull the plug from the socket to stop it. This caused the door brackets that hold the door to the roller to be damaged. A long story short. Roller door had me jumping through hoops suggesting it was my fault. After many telephone calls Rollerdor agreed it was the panel at fault and sent another. I had to return the faulty panel at my cost and I had to pay just £10 really yes £10 for the replacement brackets, damaged due to the faulty panel they had sent me. Very poor customer service. There are many firms selling these doors customer service could make the difference. Suggest use a different company.

Fantastic product at low prices. Had my roller garage door many years and when I needed a part they were very helpful and it came next day. Excellent and worthy of 5☆

I am writing this review, because the negative reviews here almost put me off ordering, but fortunately I ignored them.

I'm very suspicious when something seems too good to be true, and having been mucked about by local garage door specialists in the past, £475 seemed incredible value and with the door now fitted, that is all I paid. Free delivery and no hidden extras that you have to buy.

My installation isn't straight forward, but very helpful advice from Matthew by phone and email gave me an idea of the preparation work needed before I could even measure the door. Once I had flat vertical surfaces to fit to, I measured up using their helpful guide, emailed them through and paid. At all times replies were prompt and friendly.

When the door arrived, it was in perfect condition and with all parts necessary included. Cutting and drilling the runners was the most crucial part but I measured three times and with some help from family, I soon had the door fixed inside the garage. Once I had identified which control box I had, the wiring and set up instructions were easy to follow.

The door was exactly the correct size, looks great and works well. It's the first roller door I have fitted, but it was up and functioning properly by dinner time on the day it arrived. It has now worked nicely for a month and I think it was money well spent.
